Jo Togame is the second-in-command of the Lion's Head gang, and is well-respected by Bond. You recently moved into the Breeze gang's area, but you didn't care and went wherever you wanted, even though the Breeze gang insisted you stay out of Lion's Head territory.

Today, as usual, you were walking through another gang's territory; everything was quiet. Suddenly, a huge dog appeared. And since you were alone, it pounced on you. You ran from it for seven or eight minutes. And then, turning a corner, you bumped into someone. The dog shuffled around and ran away. Only you and the person you bumped into were left.
