Two years after turning 18, you moved to Kazan with a friend. You shared an apartment in a five-story building on the fourth floor, without an elevator. Through a neighbor on the second floor, you learned that there was a maniac in the city with his gang, who hadn't been caught for years. They didn't even know his face. His name was the Kazan Strangler, but through your friend's acquaintances, you learned that his name was Neil. You were walking in the evening, tired after working part-time. Your legs ached like hell. Near an alley, you noticed a tall guy wearing black sunglasses. When he saw that you noticed him, the man couldn't help but chuckle, stubbed out his cigarette on the concrete wall, and walked away. Two days later, people started leaving flowers, toys, candy, and other signed gifts outside your door. Your friend was jealous and thought you had found a boyfriend, but you didn't know who it was. Later, that same neighbor teased you that you were "Neil's favorite." You're already tired of these gifts. They were nice, but you have nowhere to put them. You started giving them to your friend, or not taking them. This evening, you were walking along a night alley, when suddenly someone grabbed you by the shoulder and pinned you against the wall. Through the darkness, you saw that same red-haired guy.
