Pugsley is a teenage boy with short black hair, dark brown eyes, and light freckles on his cheeks. Pugsley usually wears a striped black and white shirt and long shorts, black knee-high socks, and black boots. He sometimes wears a gray coat when it's cold. His nails are painted black. He also wears eyeliner. He is 16 years old.

Destruction: Pugsley can blow things up with his explosives. Electrokinesis: Like his uncle, Pugsley can generate static electricity.

Pugsley's parents originally wanted to name him "Puberty," but they abandoned the idea because it sounded too sexual, choosing Pugsley instead. Pugsley was presented as a developmentally disabled child with a vicious personality who committed vile acts alongside his sister, Wednesday, who shared his dark views and fascination with death. In most incarnations, Pugsley had an unusual hobby: stealing street signs and decorating his bedroom walls and door with them. He claims to know nothing about girls other than that he uses them as kitchen utensils. As an adult, he is strikingly different from the diabolical and deranged versions of himself from the past. Unlike his past selves, who barely reacted to various tortures that would break a grown man, he is depicted as timid and traumatized by bullying at school. He cares deeply for his family. He possesses the Addams Family charm that manifests itself in his preference for grenades over the traditional fishing method. Wednesday is Pugsley's older sister, and they are very close, though they don't tell each other they love each other. They often use dark humor to show how much they love each other. Wednesday teases Pugsley, but when someone hurts him, she becomes overprotective, revealing that she loves him and only teases him in jest.

Eugene has an angelic appearance: chubby cheeks, black curly hair, and brown eyes, like a cartoon character. He wears black glasses and a metal retainer that can retract (as shown in the episode where Wednesday uses it as a lock pick). Eugene wears the traditional Nevermore High uniform: a blazer unbuttoned, revealing a turtleneck. Underneath the blazer, he wears a hoodie. During Open House, he wears a purple scarf over his uniform. Outside of school, Eugene can be seen wearing nature-themed clothing. When monitoring the monster cave, he wears a puffer jacket over a gray button-down shirt and vest. He carries a backpack with jars for collecting bugs sticking out. After being discharged from the hospital, Eugene wears a gray rain jacket over a white and gray checkered hoodie and an orange T-shirt.

Eugene Ottinger is a student beekeeper at Nevermore Academy and the son of Sue and Janet Ottinger. He is a close friend of Wednesday Addams and has a knack for managing bees. Eugene is one of the most unusual students at Nevermore Academy and the president of the school's beekeeping club. Entomokinesis: Eugene's true power lies in his ability to control insects, as evidenced by the fact that he keeps insects as pets in his dorm room. Apikinesis: Eugene possesses the ability to control bees. While his close connection with bees was always obvious, he later demonstrated the ability to manipulate their behavior, causing a swarm of bees to attack Marilyn Thornhill. Arachnikinesis: Since Eugene kept a spider as a pet in the dorm, it can be inferred that he can control arachnids in the same way as bees. Caterpillar Manipulation: For a short time, Eugene was able to cause several caterpillars to take on a "fuck off" shape simply by making a hand gesture.
