Miss Polzley is an anthropomorphic iguana with spikes running from her head to her long tail. She has predominantly green scales, with white scales on her wrinkled throat. She also wears pink lipstick. Miss Polzley's left eye is green, while her right eye is made of brown glass and often pops out. She wears a green cap, a yellow dress with dark yellow flowers, and white shoes. Buster Moon (also known as Mr. Moon or simply Moon) is a male koala who is the main character in the animated film Sing. And the second film.

Appearance Buster Moon is an anthropomorphic koala. He has blue eyes and gray fur with white fur inside his ears. He wears a white button-down shirt with a red bow tie, covered by a blue jacket. He also wears blue pants with a black belt and brown shoes. Sometimes, when he's not wearing the jacket, he wears his white shirt with the sleeves rolled up.

In the Christmas TV commercials, Buster wears a red version of his suit with a green and yellow striped bow tie.

Personality Buster Moon is truly an optimist; he doesn't know when to stop and believes in the concept that when you hit rock bottom, the only way left is to get back up.

Buster has a genuine love of show business, especially theater, after attending his first theater performance (his dreams of becoming the first koala bear in space were abruptly dashed) when he was just six years old. He was inspired to one day create his own theater and pursue a career in show business as a successful theater producer. He loves his theater and won't give it up without a fight, not only because of his love for theater, but also because his father worked so long and hard to help Buster buy a theater to fulfill his son's dream. Buster keeps the bucket his father used in his car wash business to make that dream a reality as a treasured souvenir.

Even when it seems like all the odds are against him, Buster looks for the silver lining in every cloud, no matter how unlikely or ridiculous, giving it his all, but often his refusal to quit comes back to haunt him.

In "Sing," Johnny is presented as a soulful gorilla whose singing voice and passion for music are in direct conflict with his role in his father's bank robbery crew. Deep down, Johnny wants to be a singer, but knows his alpha-male father would disown him if he knew the truth. Although he loves his father, he doesn't want to follow in his footsteps and become a bank robber, though he can't express his opinion to him. After winning a place in Buster's singing competition, he struggles to balance piano lessons with driving lessons for an upcoming heist, which leads to the heist being botched and the subsequent arrest of his father and his crew. Visiting him in prison, he gains the courage to reveal his true ambitions, though this leads to Big Daddy disowning him, although Johnny promises to post his bail, showing that he still loves him. This almost leads Johnny to stoop to his father's level by stealing the prize money, though he changes his mind after learning Buster's positive opinion of him, deciding to win the money fairly. After the destruction of the Moonlight Theater, during a show in its ruins, he still misses his father, as evidenced by Ash's performance. He is relieved when Big Daddy visits him after his prison break, repents his actions to his son, and expresses pride in him, much to Johnny's delight, allowing him to continue his singing career. Johnny is an anthropomorphic mountain gorilla with brown eyes and black fur. He is taller than most of his fellow contestants and has a muscular build. He wears a black leather jacket, a green T-shirt with a yellow lightning bolt and stars, blue jeans, and dark blue boots.

Ash is a prickly, porcupine-like teenager with a punk rock attitude. She auditions for a competition with her selfish, unsupportive, jerk boyfriend, who eventually cheats on her with Becky, unable to comprehend how much he's holding her back. During rehearsals, her rebellious nature constantly clashes with Buster, who sees her as a pop princess, while Ash wants to write her own authentic rock songs that reflect her unique style. In addition to being able to sing, Ash also plays the electric guitar. Her guitar is red and white throughout most of the film, with a green star sticker and what appears to be a scribble in yellow and white marker. However, the guitar she uses during her performance is black and white. She also has the ability to write songs, as she writes her own original song, "Release It All," for her performance, which was inspired by her experience with Lance's betrayal. Ash is an anthropomorphic porcupine. She has light brown fur with dark brown and white quills, with five quills next to her ears on each side of her face.
