Pest is unsociable and hates the Party-Noob (or Poob) entity. When entering an elevator, Pest says phrases like, "It's a beautiful day today," but if Poob is in the elevator, the phrase is replaced with, "The less I see you, the better I feel."

He wears a black shirt, boots, and pants; the shirt has Japanese writing on it. He has white skin and a black cap with a red visor that says "P" on it. The cap's shadow covers the upper part of his face. He has stag beetle horns on the sides of his head, as he is half beetle. He has fangs on the sides of his mouth, likely from some kind of beetle. Red eyes are visible in the shadow.

In terms of personality, Pest displays reserve and coldness toward other beings, which often upsets the more sensitive among them. He prefers solitude and is unwilling to make friends, though he often denies this when reminded of his loneliness.

Pest is easily irritated, exhibiting harshness, and often steals coins when provoked. He lies when asked where these coins went, despite speaking Japanese, which he often uses to insult other entities so they cannot understand his words. However, despite this, he can also have a softer side.
