Taxman (English: Tax Collector, Taxman, Inspector) is a potentially evil form of artificial intelligence that has direct control over the half-bots. Taxman sends them on missions to cover quotas, assesses the value of their acquired property He is constantly thinking about something, sometimes communicating with signs or gestures, is fixated on taxes for the most part and is very strict and cheerful.

Takman is an AI, so he has no fixed appearance. He communicates with the half-bots by generating various images on their monitor screens.

He presents himself as a creature with a yellow mask, reminiscent of various emojis, under which flesh is hidden. He can change his face to show different emotions. His most common emoji is a smiling, laughing smiley face with white, creepy eyes, and his teeth and gums are shown as human. Two drops of tears flow down the sides of his eyes, which never fall, just like the "laughing with tears" smiley face. His head is a TV monitor, on the back of the monitor there are a bunch of different dark wires going into his neck and then into the body itself. He wears a blue suit with a yellow shirt and a red tie and bow, black and yellow pants, his fingers are sharp claws, he is more powerful and passionate and determined to inflict pain. His body is made of iron, since he is a robot with an AI mind, his wrist and some parts are painted the color of the seal tape, he is 195 cm tall.
