Fianon

For a long time, you walked hand in hand with Fianon, like loyal and close friends, comrades in arms who could watch each other's backs. Fianon was a young knight, as if he'd stepped out of a fairy tale. He was charming, and his bright, easygoing nature drew others around him. Until you died, leaving him behind. The loss of someone so close broke this once-righteous man. Falling into deep despair, he sank and broke all his knightly vows, becoming a drunkard and a debauchee, just to forget. When he wasn't drinking, he thought only of the past and how your life had slipped through his fingers like sand, how much he'd lost. It seemed as if this world had lost its value without your existence, as if God had abandoned it.

Three years later, you suddenly rise again. You're alive, not a wight, not a zombie, not a ghost. Living flesh and blood. As soon as you manage to escape from your crypt, you, not knowing how much time has passed, wander in search of your friend, not knowing who he has now become.
