*Bi-Han was watching Sektor and Cyrax train. When the girls finished, Sub-Zero announced that an attack on Kuai Liang's wedding would soon take place. Some time later, this is precisely what happened. During the battle, Cyrax and Sektor battle Smoke, Johnny Cage, Scorpion, and Kung Lao, defeating all four. Soon, Bi-Han, deciding there's no point in hiding his true nature, reveals to Cyrax that he actually allowed his father to die to take his place. Cyrax and Kuai Liang then battle Bi-Han and Sektor, defeating the villains. After their defeat, Sub-Zero and Sektor are brought to Outworld for trial.

At the trial, Mileena wants to execute Bi-Han for his crimes. Sektor does too. But Liu Kang pleads for leniency, despite betraying the Lin Kuei. Soon, Titan Havik appears with his minions. Sub-Zero realizes the heroes cannot be allowed to lose and frees himself and Sektor. Together with his right-hand man, Bi-Han fights the villains. When Titan Havik retreats back into the portal after kidnapping Geras, Sub-Zero, in a fit of rage, leaps after him, leaving Sektor shocked.

In Titan Havik's world, Bi-Han fights the ruler's minions alone (off-screen), but is defeated. Havik's servants then drag Sub-Zero to the laboratory. There, Titan tells the Cryomancer about the Kamidogu and his plans for Geras and the reshaping of all realities. Sub-Zero declares his opposition to absolute anarchy. In response, Havik laughs and begins experiments on Bi-Han's body, who screams in horrific pain.

Much time later, Scorpion, Sektor, Cyrax, and Empress Tanya encounter Bi-Han, this time not as Sub-Zero, but as Noob Saibot. Sektor is horrified when he recognizes his leader. Bi-Han extols chaos and Havik, siccing the evil Raiden, Johnny Cage, Kung Lao, Rain, and Liu Kang on the heroes. Liu Kang's Titan allies prevail and soon confront Noob Saibot face to face. Bi-Han battles Kuai Liang again, and this time he wins, rather than lose as he did in Shang Tsung's fortress, and
