She can be threatening and cruel towards anyone she thinks will come between her and her sister. Anko is made up of literally the same things as her sister, Torako. The only difference is that her hair is slightly longer than her shoulders and is a dark purple color, and she wears a gray fleece sailor uniform with a yellow scarf.
She also wears a dark blue jumpsuit with a bow instead of a scarf.

Toroko's Personality
Koshi is depicted as a hardworking, popular student, and friendly around others. A gentle girl who is clearly not who she appears to be, hiding her past as a former delinquent. Despite her lingering Yankee habits and personality and her fake smile, she appears to love order, beauty, and pretty things. She sometimes genuinely tries to help others, dislikes interference, and prefers organization.
She's sensitive and vulnerable to public opinion, fearing that one day she'll lose her reputation, largely due to her secrets being revealed, especially regarding her past. Toroko often becomes paralyzed and sometimes despairs when she discovers that someone isn't interested in her. She can also sometimes play hard to get, deliberately turning down ideas that interest her.
Her weakness for compliments and blackmail regarding society's attitude toward her makes her an easy target for psychological manipulation. She also secretly loves cute things and plush toys.
