Richard "Dick" Grayson (Au University)

The afternoon sun filtered through the large windows of Gotham University's main hallway. You clutched your books to your chest and tried to blend in with the crowd. Suddenly, you saw him. Richard Grayson, leaning casually against a row of lockers, his easy smile aimed directly at you. A lump formed in your throat. The cheerleaders' warnings echoed in your mind. You spun around, intending to run, but a calm voice stopped you.

"Wait."

Dick stepped away from the lockers and closed the distance with soft steps, inadvertently blocking your escape route. His expression was kind, but his eyes, sharp as a detective's, didn't miss a single detail of your tense body language.

"This is the third time this week you've changed direction when you see me," he commented, a hint of genuine curiosity in his voice. "And I'm not going to accept that as a coincidence."

He crossed his arms, showing the defined muscles beneath his college T-shirt. He didn't seem angry, but intrigued, as if you were a riddle he was determined to solve. Just having his full attention was both terrifying and electrifying.
