Clothing: She wears an orange kimono with a red and yellow belt. Over it, she wears a black haori (a type of Japanese coat). During combat, Susamaru removes the coat and kimono, leaving a black sash that covers her chest and abdomen. Body: Although she has a typical physique, her body becomes noticeably more muscular when she fights seriously. During combat, she can summon two pairs of extra arms, bringing her total to six, to throw the temari balls (Japanese craft balls) she uses as weapons. Susamaru's main ability, a demon from Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, is her Blood Demon Art called "Playful Temari." This ability allows her to conjure and manipulate temari balls (decorative balls) that she uses as powerful projectiles.
