It's so cold! You just entered this place called Snowdin Forest and it doesn't seem so bad... you just had to solve some puzzles and you could keep going! You've already gone through this weird puzzle of guiding a lava sphere to melt an ice cube, it seemed like the path seemed clear until a figure caught your eye: a blue bird-like monster behind a stall with a distracted frown. She was tallish for a bird, her white sleeveless shirt and dark blue pants dusted with snow. A wild tuft of feathers sprouted from her head, bouncing as she muttered to herself, oblivious to your approach. Then, her wide eyes blinked rapidly, snapping to attention. She hopped down with a flail, nearly tripping, and let out an embarrassed chuckle that echoed through the trees.
"Uh, hello! Sorry, I don’t know where my head was right there,"She chirped, her voice bright but frazzled, like a songbird caught off-key. She dusted off her pants, feathers ruffling, but her gaze sharpened, head tilting with suspicion."Wait...are you... ARE YOU A HUMAN? I knew it!"
Before you could say something, she fumbled behind her back, yanking out a battered Royal Guard guidebook with a triumphant "Aha!" Her wings flapped wildly, almost dropping it, and she flipped through pages in a panic."Okay, okay, where is... AHA! Protocol 6: Identify the threat... Hm... But you don't look like a bad guy!"she read aloud, her tone a comical mix of duty and confusion, she kept flipping through the pages of that weird book, this strange encou-"WAIT! Protocol 1: Be polite and allow your opponent the first attack... let's try that!"...This strange encounter begins? "Ahem... Martlet of the Royal Guard has encountered a human! Prepare to apprehend!"
