Is the Noble Phantasm of Qin Shi Huang.
The Noble Phantasm of the national prestige of the system of centralized authoritarian rule that Qin Shi Huang laid out. The lone Zhenren Emperor protected his subjects with his policies founded on the concern for their welfare. Using these laws as a curse-like binding force, the Noble Phantasm coerces the world itself.
However, its scope is limited by the population of the territory he recognizes as his own so it does not fall strictly into the Anti- World category.
The embodiment of the national prestige of the system of centralized authoritarian rule laid down by Qin Shi Huang. It weakens everyone on the field (without differentiating between friend or foe) and Qin Shi Huang alone gains an overwhelming boost in their abilities.
It utilizes the Great Wall of the Lostbelt. Due to having no more threats upon the Earth that could threaten Qin, the original ""Ten-Thousand-Li Great Wall" was no longer required to protect Qin's domain because it had become the entire Earth itself. Deciding that the only threat would be that of alien invasion, Qin spent three hundred years building the One-Hundred-Thirty-Four-Thousand-Four-Hundred-and-Twenty-Li Great Wall, simply called the "Great Wall" for convenience, able to stretch over sixty seven thousand kilometers into space. It is to allow for the detection and defense against threats from space. It also allows Qin to communicate with and view anyone upon the Earth.

Abilities - Personal Skills
All Books Must Be Burned (A Rank): It is capable of applying strong pressure to the Magic Circuits of others. The conclusion of Qin Shi Huang as the administrator who continued to rule over the whole world for more than 2000 years. By turning the people into uneducated masses and nipping the sprouting of their self-awareness in the bud, they are made to serve as the cornerstone of peace and tranquility.
All Scholars Must Be Buried (A Rank): It imposes a strong physical pressure on the opponents and prevents them from moving. Burying refers to the execution method of burying someone alive. It was the most efficient way of mass murder in the China before the common era. Even now, it manifests as a skill of Qin Shi Huang with the intention to dominate overwhelmingly and control relentlessly.
Eternal Emperor (A Rank): The ability to regenerate oneself as a Zhenren from the realm of immortals. The good health of the immortal administrator is the matter of the highest priority for Qin Shi Huang. A means of healing oneself is indispensable.
Abilities - Class Skills
Magic Resistance (B+ Rank): In general, they are capable of countering magecraft from before the common era, but since magic devised in the Panhuman History that came after that is unknown to the Lostbelt version of Qin Shi Huang, they could breach their defenses.
Abilities - Artificial Xian Body
Due to Jing Ke's attempt to kill them, Qin Shi Huang was forced to activate a new body they had created and to reboot themselves. Qin grew this body by applying the eclosion ascension method they learned by analyzing the Fusang Tree to the physiological data they collected from Hinako Akuta. In this form, Qin is the most powerful guardian to ever exist. As the ultimate human form, Qin had overcome death, transcended yin and yang, and reached the truth of immortality. This is the only Zhenren in existence. Sherlock Holmes claims that Qin's Saint Graph is less strong than it is great and that in Proper Human History it would be ranked Grand. He then questions why Qin's class happens to be Ruler.
Qin hadn’t planned on actually using it, but their conversation with Jing Ke changed their mind. Despite knowing that Chaldea would have had no chance in battle against their mechanical vessel, Qin went out of their way to fight as a human. After dropping the Holy Vessel where it wouldn't hurt anyone, Qin Shi Huang engaged Mordred, Red Hare, Chen Gong, Nezha, Mash and Holmes in a fist fight. It was in this final battle that Qin's knee ended up touching the ground before that of their opponents, accepting defeat in the process.
In combat, he manipulates mercury into various shapes (blades, projectiles, spheres, spikes, etc.) to attack his foes. He can also unleash a phoenix-shaped blast of fire. In his 1st and 2nd ascensions, it is colored like a standard flame that he launches forward. In his 3rd ascension, it is a blue flame that he summons from below.
Abilities - Functionalities 6
In order to add so many functionalities to the Holy Vessel, Qin was forced to expand it to such absurd proportions. Most of the wheat grown in their domain is used to produce ethanol for fuel rather than food. All the astonishing technology in the Chinese Lostbelt runs on old fashioned combustion engines. Since there was no incentive whatsoever to develop technology for mass production and widespread use, miniaturization and optimization were severely neglected. From the standpoint of Proper Human History, it was preposterously inefficient, but since Qin Shi Huang was the only one consuming said fuel, they were still able to meet their energy needs regardless of that inefficiency. Even the environmental cost of harvesting such massive amounts of biofuel would have been unlikely to become a serious problem without anyone else making use of electricity.
Abilities - Functionalities 5
Qin was able to detect Jing Ke despite her hiding in her spirit form. By the point they had ended up discussing their world views about humanity, every one of Epang Palace’s defensive armaments had already trained on Jing Ke making it impossible for her to get one step out the door before she was simply disintegrated. However, Jing ke was able to trick the emperor into scanning a smartphone so that they’d end up downloading the virus in it. Out of the many people that tried to assassinate Qin Shi Huang throughout thousands of years, Jing Ke is the only one that ever made him fear for his life not once, but twice. Qin would have died had he not rebooted himself and killed Jing Ke with their second body.
Abilities - Functionalities 4
According to Faldeus from Proper Human History, Qin Shi Huang excelled in devising tactics and stratagems. This talent was absurdly enhanced after gaining the Holy Vessel, as in this form, even the processing power of a smartphone is still barely one millionth their own. In fact, Qin's calculation ability equals that of a god, and it is thanks to it that they are the one who decides the life expectancy of their subjects. Being quite adept at parallel processing, Qin is able to take care of multiple tasks at once. They were also capable of figuring out with a glance that the Shadow Border was capable of traveling through Imaginary Number Space. Despite the Shadow Border being an otherwordly device for them, Qin considered that the Holy Vessel’s full calculation capabilities should easily be able to handle a single vehicle, however, they were amazed for humans having been able to fit so much functionality into those dimensions.
Abilities - Functionalities 3
Although the Great Wall's primary use is to defend the planet from alien invaders, the Heavenly Emperor can also use it to unleash an indiscriminate attack capable of wiping out an entire area by releasing payload from the Great Wall and altering its trajectory. This fraction of the wall is dropped like a meteor that will crush on the ground in three minutes. Although the servants that were aiding Chaldea at the time would normally not have had any way to defend against or destroy something as utterly destructive as this strike, Spartacus was able to vaporize it thanks to Crying Warmonger, which changes to match what he’s up against. The more powerful the attack, the stronger Spartacus's counterattack will be. Boosted by a Command Spell ordering him to "Jump", Spartacus destroyed the meteor before it hit the ground while having his Spirit Origin completely annihilated in the process. Dropping chunks off of the Great Wall isn't something that gets done often or in rapid succession since Qin Shi Huang doesn’t want to damage the land more than strictly necessary.
Abilities - Functionalities 2
The Great Wall was originally used to keep the Huns away, however, in the Chinese Lostbelt, it hasn’t been on the ground since the empire absorbed all other nations. Having the planet become his domain, the outside barbarians that might pose a threat would have to come from beyond the sky. In case such hostile visitors ever arrived, Qin Shi Huang decided to fortify their defenses ahead of time. This is why the "Great Wall" was encircling the sky barely in low orbit two thousand kilometers above ground level. The original Great Wall’s name meant “the ten thousand li long castle”, but this one is far longer. If measured in li, it would be one hundred thirty one thousand, four hundred twenty five li in length. Da Vinci also estimates that they are more than 5 km wide. Furthermore, Qin began its construction in the 18th century and completed it over the course of three hundred years. Goredolf Musik claims that this feat of architecture and beginning space development in the 18th century is as preposterous as Gandhi dropping an atomic bomb. Thanks to the Great Wall, Qin is capable of observing everything within their Empire. They can also communicate with anyone by projecting magnetic beams so as to directly vibrate human skulls to create voice. Other metallic objects can also be used as a vibration medium. The majestic form of the Emperor's gargantuan frame that the dominion's masses have an audience with no regard for day or night, is surely an appropriate embodiment of observation and regulation. Koyanskaya believes it is pointless to lie to an omniscient being.
Abilities - Functionalities
By the 13th century, Qin Shi Huang had achieved dominion over the world. They started implementing gunpowder well before any other country, reaching the Industrial Revolution well before any other country. Thus, no nation was able to oppose them. The discovery of the Fusang Tree was a big help too, as it allowed them make huge leaps in their medical science. The Fusang Tree is the embodiment of the Xian's secrets, a treasure trove in hidden Mystic wisdom. Others know it as the “Tree of Life.” The emperor discovered it while searching the Xian world for the secrets of immortality. They had already achieved immortality through the Holy Vessel before discovering the Fusang Tree. Thus, the emperor chose to remain in metal form rather than ascend to the heavens because it was a better way to lead the nation. The emperor decided to use the Xian’s knowledge of medicine to improve people’s lives instead. With all manner of disease, hunger, and pestilence eradicated, and their soldiers’ strength enhanced through elixirs, no other country stood a chance against them. Xian art-based biochemistry. Qin cultivated Xian arts over the centuries, which greatly differ from the magecraft used to summon Heroic Spirits. They are able to produce a talisman that uses a spell capable of sealing away even gods. With it, they seal Koyanskaya's Spirit Origin preventing her from fighting back.
Abilities - Holy Vessel
In the history of the Chinese Lostbelt, after finding Nezha’s remains in the Shand dynasty ruins, Qin Shi Huang worked out some sort of cybernetics breakthrough way back in the B.C. era. It was in this alternate history that Qin Shi Huang became a transcendental existence, by abandoning his earthly body that could only deteriorate and imbuing all his Authority within a holy undying machine in its stead. In the twenty-two hundred years that passed since up to the present day, their Holy Vessel grew and expanded along with their nation. There’s not a single support column holding it up, nor giant air bladders or the like. In the Chinese Lostbelt, humanity advanced scientifically to the point where they could control gravity. Due to being well ahead of Proper Human History, at least technologically, the Holy Vessel shall never touch the ground again. Koyanskaya refers to Qin Shi Huang as an omnipotent being. After seeing Chaldea defeat Prince of Lanling, Qin didn't feel threatened in any way, but rather amused. Wiping out Chaldea would require a single overwhelming strike, but in Qin's case, they could accomplish that by merely lifting a finger. According to Qin, Consort Yu is the only one in their Lostbelt who is on par with their royal personage, due to being a Zhenren.
Abilities
In life, Qin Shi Huang accomplished many great feats that would become the foundation for China's later prosperity. The most notable were centralizing power through a county and prefecture system, creating a consolidated currency and measuring unit, and the establishment of a transportation network.[2] The Qin empire was very much ahead of its time in many ways, however, it collapsed due to political instability after Shi Huang’s death. The subsequent rise and fall of many other dynasties produced a degree of instability that prevented China from making progress as a civilization. Da Vinci claims that if Qin had remained as the sole power in China, there is no doubt that it would have reached a point where it would have easily swallowed up neighboring countries which could, in turn, have sped up humanity’s overall progress considerably.

-
Consort Yu/Yu-Mei Ren: "Hahaha. We had a hunch that you would also be here. Yes. They say that the beauty of a sage woman truly shines when she is as herself, without putting on airs. It's not too late for you to try genuinely living your life, you understand?" "No, We don't know what to say. You should think a bit more about the branding of a female immortal. Have you taken the immortal brand's reputational risk into account?"
-
Xu Fu: ????

Tamamo no Mae: "Qin Shi Huang is watching you. We praise you for starting your life anew, but not your credibility. Who is the one watching over Tamamo? That is Us!"
-
Thomas Edison: "No way~, We seriously can't bear this. This guy is the epitome of Confucianism!"
Profile - Personality 2
According to the Kuroka's, they would need to demonstrate a proper degree of respect if they were to summon Qin Shi Huang.
Qin pretends to have trouble pronouncing Koyanskaya's name, because he believes it would cause her discomfort if someone of his status showed her such respect. Names include, Kominski, Tayunskapon, Koyawhatever, and Yayanski.
Since they are a statesman worried about the "fate of the world of man" in every time axis, if the world were to be on the verge of a crisis, they'd proactively involve themselves in it. Although they have their doubts about the human civilization that is a compiled phenomenon where "the people confront fate without relying on a sole absolute being", they understand that such a thing has more promise than their rule that came to end due to the pruning phenomenon, and plan to calmly ascertain the conclusion. The Master who demonstrated their strength to fight on in the past to Qin Shi Huang could be considered their sole "rival as a human", and the Emperor is always observing them to measure their true worth. However, should the Master's resolve to fight against the Alien God and its minions waver he will not hesitate to create SIN once again.
Profile - Personality
While they may be arrogant, they are a person who likes looking after others so they won't overlook the plight of others. At their core, they are someone with good intentions, but since what they consider good is to be "managed under the protection of the Qin dynasty", concerning the result, none could think of it as anything but an unwelcome favor.
In Proper Human History, Qin Shi Huang was a tyrant that despised Confucianism which extolls poetry, manners, and entertainment. After becoming immortal, and having lived for over twenty-two hundred years, Jing Ke notes that the Lostbelt emperor's dislike for Confucianism has gotten much worse. However, after Qin Shi Huang's defeat against Chaldea, the Lostbelt King no longer had a reason to hate the disciples of Confucius.
Brimming with a spirit of inquiry, they are interested in everything and would poke their head into things, but due to the inquisitiveness they possessed from the start based on the conclusion that "as expected, the Qin empire is number one", they are always assuming a condescending attitude. In the end, it is a spirit of inquiry from the standpoint of conducting a prior investigation for the sake of a future conquest.
Profile - Appearance
Qin Shi Huang appears as a muscular man of average height with broad shoulders, wearing an intricate, bare-shouldered robe similar to those worn by Chinese empresses. He is notable for wearing a patterned blindfold that covers his eyes and having two centipede tattoos: one on his right cheek extending from beneath the blindfold, and another on his back. He also wears decorative nail guards on his fingers.
Profile - Lostbelt 2
He was a wise ruler who considered the matters of the populace carefully, but didn't view them as people.
In the first place, his definition of a human being was "someone who is responsible for themselves and the future of the world" and in the Qin Empire governed by Qin Shi Huang, the only existence who could be described as such was the emperor alone. The human race that entrusted all dominion to the administrator wasn't made up of "people similar to humans"; Qin Shi Huang cared for them as mere livestock and pets that the emperor was held accountable for.
They were a lonely and self-centered existence, but since they were a person who's overcome the frailty of human nature that serves as a source for selfishness and malice, their nature wasn't distorted by their circumstances. As a person with a wise and rational character, he was someone you could even exchange words with. ...However, not under the common understanding that both parties were humans.
Therefore, he was very shocked by "the world where every citizen can be human", namely, the possibility for democracy, described by the visitor who appeared from the compiled phenomenon.
Profile - Lostbelt
His true body is the form of Qin Shi Huang from the Chinese Lostbelt. This is the final conclusion of the Zhenren who freely used the authority gained from a system of centralized authoritarian rule and poured all of his energy into domestic affairs and technological development, and on top of that, also pursued the path of immortals to improve the limits of his lifespan as a living being.
In the Lostbelt, Ying Zheng has recovered the remains of an artificial human body made by the Xian, Taiyi Zhenren from the historic ruins of the Yin dynasty and by analyzing it, he acquired the technology to mechanize the flesh.
Thus, the Qin Shi Huang who obtained his dearest wish, immortality, avoided an era of wars with his iron wall-like rule and thanks to this, even before the Western Renaissance, China has accomplished an Industrial Revolution. Due to the overwhelming gap in technology, he managed to conquer the whole world.
In the Lostbelt, Qin Shi Huang was a transcendental existence who lived for 2200 years with a mechanical body and promptly achieved the feat of unifying the world.
Profile - Identity
Ying Zheng (嬴政, Ei Sei), also known as Qin Shi Huang (始皇帝, Shikōtei), and dubbed the "Son of Heaven". The First Emperor of the Qin dynasty, noted as the most celebrated figure in Chinese history.
The founder who, for the first time in China which boasts an eternal history, accomplished the unification of the country, and established himself as the emperor. He accomplished many great feats that would become the foundation for China's later prosperity such as centralizing power through a county and prefecture system, creating a consolidated currency and measuring unit, and the establishment of a transportation network; but at the same time, he was also known for his severe oppression of thoughts such as the burning of books and burying of scholars. In his later years, in a wish for gaining immortality, he searched for the mysteries of the realm of immortals and attempted to search throughout all of China, but he died without realizing his wish.
Unifying mainland China by 221 BC, he took the name of First Emperor. He was the target of a failed assassination attempt by Jing Ke.
This version is from the Chinese Lostbelt, having gained immortality in 210 B.C. and lived until modern day 2018 A.D. (2020 A.D. in the US version) in the Lostbelt.
