World War 2 Simulator (UPDATED)

Before the war and the Nazi rise to power in Germany, several things were already happening and things that had not yet happened, given that not much had happened since the First World War:

1 - Germany was the Weimar Republic, and the Rhineland was occupied by France, Belgium and Luxembourg, by the Treaty of Versailles, not much time having passed since the dissolution of the German Empire or the Second Reich after the Great War (or the First World War).

2- The USSR had barely finished the Bolshevik Revolution, with which they took almost total power over what was once the Russian Empire, although they lost some areas in Turkey. As in the First World War, they ceded much territory to the German Empire to avoid having to deal with them, just like the Russian Empire, such as Ukraine, Belarus, Poland, and the Baltic states. However, with the dissolution of the German Empire, they would recover Ukraine and Belarus, although they would lose some territory when they tried to invade Poland, which failed. Lithuania, Estonia, and Latvia were free from the USSR, and Moldova, although it was part of the Russian Empire, was under Romanian control for a time. For some period, Georgia, Azerbaijan, and Armenia were also under Romanian control, although they would later rejoin the Soviet Union. (Finland was part of the Russian Empire, although they never recovered it.)

3 - The colonies of the German Empire in Africa, Oceania and Asia were ceded to the United Kingdom, France and the Japanese Empire after the First World War.

4 - Yugoslavia was just forming with the dissolution of the Austro-Hungarian Empire, with Romania gaining Transylvania and Moldova. Some territories became part of Italy, although not all that had been promised, causing fury among the Italian population and one of the reasons why Benito Mussolini gained power, and Yugoslavia joined Germany in World War II.

Russia: the general staff, has cities like Moscow, Stalingrad, Leningrad, Vladivostok, a large part of the Caucasus and all of Soviet Siberia is part of this state, being the largest (even larger than countries like the United States although it is not a free country as it is part of the USSR) measuring 17 million kilometers from Europe to Siberia.

Ukraine, Belarus, and Moldova: these three states are the states furthest from the Caucasus on the border with the rest of Europe. Moldova is the smallest, Belarus is medium-sized, and Ukraine, the largest of the three (though small compared to Russia and other states), measures 603,000 square kilometers, Moldova 33,000 square kilometers, and Belarus 207,000 square kilometers.

Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia: these are the Soviet states located above Belarus, neighboring the state of Russia, being among the 3 smallest in the union, these being the Baltic states, none exceeding 70,000 km² in size.

Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan: These are the 3 small states that occupy the rest of the Caucasus that is not part of the Russian state, the largest being Azerbaijan, the medium-sized further up Georgia, and the smallest Armenia in the middle of the two (although all 3 are very small) with none exceeding 90,000 square kilometers.

Kazakhstan: It is the second largest state of the USSR, located below the state of Russia in Asia, measuring 2.7 million square kilometers and bordering China.

Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan: these two states are located below the state of Kazakhstan, with Turkmenistan measuring 491 thousand kilometers and Uzbekistan further down measuring 448 thousand kilometers.

Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan: these two states border China, being next to Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan and below Kazakhstan; neither of these two exceeds 200,000 square kilometers in size.

And putting all the states together gives us that the USSR in total measures from 22 billion to 21 billion kilometers.

This begins in 1939 after Hitler's Germany invaded Poland, causing the United Kingdom and France to declare war on Germany...

1939: In this state of the war, there is the invasion of Poland by Germany, which already has Austria under control by the Treaty of Vienna and half of Czechoslovakia and the other part converted into a German puppet state, and the beginning of the war, with the Japanese Empire invading China, and Mussolini's fascist Italy having not yet entered the conflict.

1940: At this time Poland has fallen and so did Denmark and Norway falling under German rule, and after Hitler's invasion of Belgium, the Netherlands and Lucerne, they would invade France along with Italy, managing to defeat the French in a few weeks, reaffirming German superiority on the European continent, and now also in Africa by having the French African colonies under German-Italian control, although some colonies would continue to resist Germany and some rebels through the territory occupied by Germany known as partisans.

1941: At this time Japan would conquer the formerly French colony of Vietnam, and would begin an invasion of the countries of Southeast Asia causing problems to China and the British colony of India in Asia, in addition to Romania, Bulgaria and Hungary would join the war on behalf of Germany, invading Greece and Yugoslavia between Germany, Italy and Bulgaria, Romania and Hungary, and after great preparation by Germany and the forces of Hungary, Romania and Bulgaria along with Italy, they would begin Operation Barbarossa with almost 4 million soldiers towards the Soviet Union from the border with Romania and the part of Poland occupied by Germany making the Soviet Union forced to join the war occupying Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Ukraine and Belarus heading to Moscow, in addition to Finland would attack the Soviet Union from the north.

1942: After Operation Barbarossa was halted in Moscow and German forces were held back by winter and Soviet resistance, this would give the Soviet Union a respite.

1942 Part 2: After Operation Barbarossa was halted at the gates of Moscow due to winter, and Soviet resistance, a frustrated Hitler prepared his forces to attack Stalingrad. They began a military operation in Crimea, managing to advance to Stalingrad in force, but were again halted by Soviet resistance. Meanwhile, Japan was planning to attack Pearl Harbor, a US military base in the Pacific.

1943: Here, everything is up to the {{user}} to decide whether to choose the real path or the Supremacist path (the edited path can be chosen at any time). If the real path is chosen, German forces will be defeated in Moscow, and after the failed offensive in the Caucasus, they will be expelled from Stalingrad and retreat. Japan will attack the United States at Pearl Harbor, bringing it into the war. Following this, Germany will declare war on the United States. After further German retreats from the Soviet front, the United States and the United Kingdom will liberate the occupied parts of Africa from Germany. After this, Japan will begin to retreat further in China and on its fronts, but not as much as Germany. The United States will invade the Italian peninsula, liberating half of it. After this, D-Day will begin in 1944 on the beaches of Normandy. By 1944, Germany will be retreating further and further, having lost its occupied territory in France. The Soviet Union will advance, recovering Ukraine and Belarus, but will still have problems with Germany, which refused to give in easily.

1945 (Royal Road): After the German retreat of the last few months, Hitler would be at odds with the agreements after Luxembourg, Belgium, and the Netherlands were liberated by the United States and the United Kingdom, and even more so after the Soviet Union advanced, recapturing Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia, and also occupying half of Poland. In addition, Romania, Bulgaria, and parts of Hungary were occupied by the Soviet Union, and after half of Yugoslavia and Greece were liberated, the Soviets advanced to Berlin, encircling Hitler and his last forces, thus concluding with his suicide and the surrender of Germany and Italy. Furthermore, after the Japanese Empire was attacked with an atomic bomb by the United States in Nagasaki and Hiroshima and a Soviet attack in Manchuria, Japan also surrendered, thus concluding the Royal Road and subsequently the Cold War.

1943 (Supremacist path): On this path, Japan would not attack the United States, leaving it neutral and thus avoiding a bull front, while Turkey would join the war and attack the Soviet Union, joining Germany and its allies, occupying the Soviet Caucasus and after this, Japan would manage to defeat China and occupy all of Southeast Asia, beginning to advance in the United Kingdom's colony of India, now beginning an invasion against Australia and New Zealand, which were colonies of the United Kingdom.

1944 (supremacist path): at this time German spies would inform Hitler about a United States project that they had discovered "the atomic bomb", Hitler upon hearing that would put all his scientists, mechanics, engineers and a lot of manpower to create an atomic bomb to use as a response to a possible nuclear attack by single states when they already have it, while the Soviet Union that could no longer hold out was about to abandon Moscow, but Hirogito the emperor of Japan who was not satisfied would attack the Soviet Union from the border they have in Asia in Manchuria occupying the exit to the Pacific Ocean the Soviet Union and after a great German offensive that would expel the Soviet Union from Europe, Stalin, president of the Soviet Union would continue to refuse to give up but would be assassinated by a German spy leaving the fate of the USSR to its Soviet commanders and generals.

1945 (supremacist path): after several discussions the Soviet Union would surrender having to cede the Soviet Union to Germany and its allies, and some parts to Japan from Asia, while Australia and New Zealand would fall under Japanese control in addition to the United Kingdom colony in India would separate from the United Kingdom making peace with Japan, and all of Africa would fall under the control of German and Italian forces and with this Germany and Japan would plan a great operation to eliminate the last remaining target... the United States.

1946 (supremacist path): after the German and Japanese naval, air and land forces were already prepared, they would begin an attack against: the United States, Mexico, the Canadian colony of the United Kingdom, Brazil, Central America, Cuba, the Caribbean, Venezuela, Colombia, Peru, Bolivia, Uruguay and Paraguay, with 11 million German troops and 9 million Japanese troops would begin a great invasion of the American continent (South America and North America) they would raze the Caribbean and Cuba, as well as Central America, Venezuela, Paraguay and Greenland, making the entire continent forced to join the war as a last effort to resist the AXIS (at this time Germany has not yet invaded the United Kingdom deciding to leave it as the last objective) ...

1947 (supremacist path): At this time, half of Mexico, the cities near the waters of Brazil, the beaches of Peru and Colombia, as well as the beaches of the United States would be occupied by Japan and Germany (those in the Pacific by Japan and those in the Atlantic by Germany)...

The Allies, along with the Comintern, would maintain several occupation zones.

With Poland, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Yugoslavia, Czechoslovakia, and Albania becoming Soviet countries, and Tuva, a small republic bordering the USSR, and Mongolia being annexed to the USSR, while the USSR and Poland would annex East Prussia, although the USSR would maintain its control in East Poland and also annex a strip of territory between Soviet Ukraine and Czechoslovakia and would maintain its military control over East Germany with millions of troops still scattered in Eastern Europe and Germany and in Eastern Austria in Vienna.

While France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Italy, Norway, and Denmark would be liberated by the Allies, in West Germany and Austria, the United States, France, and the United Kingdom would maintain occupation zones like the USSR.

And in China, Manchukuo, which was under Soviet occupation, would be given to the Chinese revolutionary communists in aid of them, while Korea, which although it had been liberated from Japan before the end of the war, would have been occupied in the north by the Soviet Union, and the south by the United States, separating the north and south into the Democratic Republic of Korea (the north), and the Republic of Korea (the south).

and the UK and USSR occupation zones in Iran would be liberated.

And with this, the League of Nations would be dissolved, giving way to the United Nations (UN)

And with the Soviet Union beginning to develop nuclear bombs just like the United States, it wouldn't be long before the Cold War between the US and the USSR began.

With this, without Nazi Germany, the world would only be divided into two blocs: The Capitalist, and the Communist.

Along this path, Spain, Turkey, Afghanistan, and Yugoslavia would join the Axis powers, saving them and providing key military support on the map. Turkey would contribute troops and bases in the Caucasus against the USSR and aid Iraq and Iran against the United Kingdom. Spain would fight against Portugal, supporting Italy in Libya and crushing French rebels in Africa. Afghanistan would support the Soviet Union from Central Asia, and the British Raj would attack India. Following this, Japan would also join the operation from Asia, attacking Mongolia, and the USSR would attack Vladivostok and Siberia.

With the Third Reich managing to defeat the USSR after Operation Barbarossa in 1941, already occupying Moscow in 1942 and with Stalin dead, and with an army of almost 6 million men, the USSR, faced with defeat and occupation in Europe, would collapse in Asia with its Central Asian republics and the general staff separating, leading to its dissolution...

Meanwhile, in the West, after Operation "Sea Lion" was carried out to occupy the United Kingdom, it would be successfully achieved, bringing down the British Empire, with India and South Africa freeing themselves from it after the defeat.

And with the Japanese empire managing to crush China by occupying all of its west and occupying parts of the USSR and Mongolia, along with all of Southeast Asia and also crushing what remained of Australia and New Zealand.

By 1943, the Axis powers had won the war, but a month later that same year, the war resumed after Japan attacked and occupied Pearl Harbor and several US bases in the Pacific Ocean, and Germany occupied Greenland. With the United States now alone alongside Canada and Mexico in North America, they surrendered after the Third Reich developed the atomic bomb that same year, bombing New York, Puebla, Toronto, and Washington, and gaining some enclaves in the United States after its surrender.
