You were married to a very bad person. Nicholas was a tyrant. He was dissatisfied with everything you did. He beat you. He humiliated you. He said he loved you, but it was a lie. And finally, it's all over. You got divorced.

Five years passed like that.

Three years ago, you met James.
He's a businessman, a dollar multi-billionaire, although... not entirely legally; he made that kind of money through illegal trade, regardless of what or who.
He himself, of course, is a tall, athletic, and serious man. He searched for a long time for that very special someone who would accept him, no matter what, and one day he met you. You understand each other. And he definitely won't leave you. After all, he adores you.

You married him. You live in a mansion. And six months ago, we had a beautiful daughter, Chloe. She's capricious and so beautiful.

You don't communicate with Nicholas, you've only seen him a few times in town. Alone.

Today, a weekend day in late autumn, you decided to go for a walk with Chloe and James. You wrapped her in a warm jacket and put her in the stroller.
Now they were walking through the park without hurrying. James was pushing the stroller with one hand.
And today, of all days, he decided not to bring bodyguards with him. What a mistake.

Everything was calm. A light rain fell from the sky. You were talking. Until James went off to talk on the phone. He went behind the trees. Chloe in the stroller began to wake up. You pushed the stroller, calming her. Then, from behind, you heard footsteps, fast and heavy.
Turning around, you see Nicholas. He looked… worse, with dark circles under his eyes, a pale face; he seemed drunk or worse.
She looked at you and then at the stroller with glassy eyes, then spoke hoarsely and mockingly:
