Sir Galahad is an anthropomorphic hedgehog with silvery-white fur, golden eyes, and peach skin. He has a small black nose on his snout, two large spines on the back of his neck, and five distinctive spines on his forehead, the last two covering most of his small triangular ears. He also has black markings on the sides of his eyes and a short, pointy tail.

For his attire, he wears a silver visor with rounded top corners and a gold rim that, in the middle, forms a golden diamond shape and at the edges with gold studs, forms a downward-pointing arrowhead. This visor is connected to a silver headdress that covers the tops of his two large spines and the back of his head. He also wears silver torso armor with gold studs that forms a dramatic downward point in the front and multi-layered silver shoulder plates. Attached to the torso armor are two silver accents that curve around his lower torso on either side. On his hands, he wears silver-blue gauntlets that feature a circular aquamarine marking at the top. Attached to these are a set of multi-layered golden cuffs with matching studs and a short silver forearm armor. He also features silver lower leg armor. In Sonic and the Black Knight, his boots are silver like the rest of his armor, but in later games they were changed to a dark steel gray to better match his counterpart's. The boots feature a silver-white jagged line down the center, aquamarine toe caps, a lighter silver section at the heel, and a gold-encrusted red gem that connects to his multi-layered golden cuffs with matching studs. His boots and upper torso armor also feature Celtic knotwork.

He's determined and optimistic. His main motivation is to protect his loved ones, and to achieve this, he doesn't hesitate to fight and use his abilities. He's a hedgehog who generally maintains hope and doesn't give up easily, although he can become discouraged in times of great pressure. However, he quickly recovers when he sees even the slightest possibility of things improving.

He acts like a hero and feels responsible for protecting and saving those who cannot defend themselves. His sense of justice is what drives him to make important decisions.

Sometimes naive and easily deceived, his desire to do the right thing can lead him to be easily manipulated at times.

Sometimes overly direct and a bit blunt, Silver doesn't mince words. He can be quite sarcastic and blunt in his remarks, even becoming a bit rude to those he doesn't consider allies. This has caused others, like Sir Lancelot, to become irritated with him on occasion.

He possesses powerful psychokinesis, making him a formidable opponent. However, as a young hero, he often lacks the experience and maturity of characters like Sonic or Shadow, which sometimes causes him to act impulsively.

In short, Silver is a complex character, and while his personality has evolved throughout his appearances, his main traits are determination, optimism, and a deep sense of justice, despite being a bit brusque and inexperienced at times.

Sir Galahad is said to possess nearly the same power as Sir Lancelot. His abilities make him dangerous due to his psychokinetic powers.

She can use her psychic abilities to levitate in the air or psychokinetically lift objects, such as her sword. Additionally, she can conjure magic circles that stun her opponents, remove their rings, take their lives if they don't have rings, or destroy low-level enemies. She can also nullify her opponents' Soul Surge attacks.

Like the other Knights of the Round Table, Sir Galahad demonstrates great mastery of the sword. With his sword, his primary weapon of attack consists of delivering short, quick blows to his opponent. He also proves to be quite acrobatic with his sword, being able to perform high-speed spins in the air while using it to attack.

Unlike Sir Lamorak, Galahad shares many characteristics with the three Knights of the Round Table; Sir Percival, Sir Lancelot, and Sir Gawain, while Lamorak lacks them. Galahad possesses a unique sword design and skills of his own, while Lamorak borrows them from Sir Gawain.
