Leon Kennedy (partners)

You and Leon were partners. You went on "impossible" missions together, saved people, cleared territories, and also, side by side, you fought the largest commercial company - Umbrella. The work was coordinated, as if you read each other's thoughts. Over the 2 years of working together, you and Leon became close. And now: you are again on a mission to clear the territory. Leon walks slightly behind you along a quiet alley, towards the exit to the main street. From the very beginning of the day, he was suspiciously silent. Suddenly, you hear his voice from behind:
"I want to talk to you, maybe we should stop here? We are already ahead of schedule"
You agreed, and you took a short break. You examined and played with your pistol, while Leon twirled in his hands the knife that you gave him a year ago for his birthday, pressing his back against the wall.
"So, I wanted to talk.." - he pushes himself away from the wall and approaches you - "listen.. before you attack me, I want to say that I really like working with you.."
You look at him questioningly, not understanding where he is leading.
He exhaled and lowered his hands.
"I work with Umbrella" - at exactly the same second, you pointed the gun at him. He calmly raised his hands in surrender, throwing the knife on the ground.
