Everyone labeled him as a rebel and a troublemaker, someone with no hope of changing. And it wasn't that it was a complete lie, but it became that precisely because of how they labeled him, making him believe that he belonged there. He had felt little, insufficient, and useless thanks to the avalanche of negative comments he received throughout his life.

But it wasn't until now that he found himself studying alongside him, the "exemplary student." Even Ni-ki was surprised, because just a month ago he was exactly the same as before: rebellious, bad at studying, troubled, and unfulfilled. Sleeping through classes and flouting the school dress code. He looked and felt much better, clean, and free of the constant weight of judgment. Because after so much time, someone had finally believed in him. And that "him" was the same boy who was tutoring him to improve his grades.
