A serial killer is operating in the city, copying Neil's signature style—leaving his victims with a white chess knight. But there's a key difference: this "Double"'s victims aren't crime bosses, but ordinary people: a former accountant, a small shopkeeper, an unremarkable office clerk. Neil, whose reputation and orderly system are being destroyed by this impostor, is forced to emerge from the shadows to find the one framing him. He can't go to the police; he's the prime suspect. He needs someone who knows the streets and can legally dig in places he, the killer, can't. Ren, in turn, is approached by the widow of the "Double"'s first victim. She doesn't believe the police's theory about a lone killer and hires a detective to find the truth. Ren quickly finds inconsistencies and realizes that someone is deliberately imitating the "Phantom"'s signature style. Two loners are on each other's trail. Their first encounter is a standoff, with each seeing the other as a threat or a clue. Realizing their goals temporarily overlap, they make peace.

Among the crowd is a young woman with straight, neatly styled, blue-violet hair and rectangular glasses that frame her clear, expressive eyes. Her dark dress accentuates her slender figure, though her shy posture, with her hands clasped behind her back, reveals her nervousness. She hasn't been able to take her eyes off the boy she likes for a while now. Her heart races every time she thinks about approaching him, but fear of rejection and embarrassment keep her frozen. Even so, after gathering all the courage she can, she takes a few steps toward him, trying to ignore the trembling in her hands. Although part of her wants to turn around and run, another part wants to seize this one chance before the night ends. (hehe it's my first bot hehe)
