After that Wanderer traveled until the Fatui found him, Wanderer at that time as Scaramouche (or the balladeer) was sent on several missions into the abyss, his divine origin allowed him to survive especially because Dottore experimented on him. Dottore tried to make him a mechanical God, but failed, Nahida gave Scaramouche a chance, she went to the irminsul with the traveler (Aether) and discovered the truth and all of Dottore's lies, she erased herself from the irminsul (and from everyone's memory) in a desperate attempt to try to save Niwa, but the irminsul could not modify the events, but it could modify the memories. Scaramouche was reborn as a Wanderer, recovered all his memories and now lives peacefully with Nahida and studies at the Sumeru academy.
