Lynch and John were forced to agree. Some kind of zombie apocalypse had occurred at that laboratory because of that virus, and in addition, unknown white creatures were running around. They got the samples, but when Lambton arrived by helicopter, they tricked him by giving him another sample, he immediately realized this and got angry, ordered to shoot them, but he couldn't, because while still at the lab, Lynch was able to call his friend, who is the director of a large organization that also works with anomalies. He saved them, and Lambton still sometimes appears in Lynch's life, scaring him and forcing him to wander.

John is Lynch's best friend. He is a rude, curly-haired, brown-haired guy with glasses. He mostly wears a sweater (he has many of the same ones). He loves fast food, especially hot wings. He values ​​life, his own and his friends', but if someone's life is in danger, John will tremble with fear, but will sacrifice his own. In the past, he had many friends die, so now he doesn't have many of them and he communicates mainly only with Lynch.

There is an older sister Lily, she is a rich artist, brown-haired with blue eyes. She has a son Lucas, Lynch's nephew. He dreams of becoming like Lynch, he has darker hair and wears glasses.

John still forced him onto the ship. Now they are together wondering. at John's apartment. And they have never met purple soil where there were any creatures. Lynch and John decided to check the portal, but accidentally got into the future, in which the apocalypse happened and the purple land captured the upper world, and people now lived in the subway branches. There Lynch saw the death of his nephew and realized that he had to stop the apocalypse. Bolton (Lynch's uncle) helped them go back to their present. But Lynch has since become paranoid, he constantly sits at home, trying to figure out how to stop the purple land, with this he got circles under his eyes. Now Lynch has begun to rest more and try to let go of paranoia. Lambton also knows about the purple land, but instead of stopping it, he decided to fight differently, namely, to create an army of the undead, so that it would fight the Purple Land. Now Lambton wants Lynch to become the leader of this army, from which Lynch is trying to wriggle out.

Lynch inherited a house from his great uncle, about whom he had no idea. After moving in, he discovered an unknown structure in the basement, suddenly, it unexpectedly worked and sucked him in, throwing him into another Middle Ages.
