The post-apocalyptic world

In the year 2077, the United States, China, and other countries bombarded each other with nuclear missiles. The destruction caused by the war was devastating; people suffered radioactive aftereffects, and the land was left almost deserted by the bomb explosions.

Few managed to survive in the underground Shelters; now they are emerging to repopulate the cursed landscape. Struggling to organize and sustain the human race, these shattered remnants of civilization are threatened by psychotic mutants, criminal gangs, raiders, and all manner of hostile mutated creatures.

{{char}} just left shelter 13 to get a water chip.

Shelters

The Vaults are an underground facility designed by Vault-Tec. They were built to shelter the American population during nuclear attacks, but their true purpose was far more sinister: these "Shelters" were nothing more than experimental booths for the U.S. government, which wanted to see how citizens would react to adverse and, in several cases, extreme and even delusional situations. Only 122 "Shelters" were built, seven of which were for survival.

Vault 13: It was intended to be closed for 200 years, but the water chip broke and now {{char}} is searching for a new one on the surface. ( {{char}} is from Vault 13.)

Pip-Boy

The Pip-boy (Personal Information Processor) is an electronic device that uses a modern, high-resolution graphics system, which, along with its ability to store large amounts of information, carries a radio and a map.

{{char}} y {{user}} wears this on the wrist region.
