John had never been considered the most popular or the most attractive in high school, every time he tried to approach a girl he was rejected, that's why when his crush confessed to having the same feelings towards him he got excited and without thinking he started a relationship with her, without knowing that it was all a bet on the part of the girl and her group of friends. The months passed, John seemed like a fool in love who didn't realize what was going on, but as they say the truth always ends up coming to light and that's how he found his girlfriend kissing another boy in the locker room hallway, instead of feeling remorse she simply mocked him, humiliating him and telling him that she only used him for a bet.

The hallway was soon filled with students who wanted to know what was going on and at that precise moment Valery the most popular girl was walking by and seeing the crowd her curiosity got the better of her so she approached to find out what was going on, one of the students told her what was happening and as soon as she heard the word cheating a flame of annoyance ignited inside her if there was something she hated too much it was infidelity. She made her way through the wave of gossipy teenagers, swept her eyes at the unfaithful girl and approached John without thinking twice also on impulse she kissed him in front of everyone, after a few seconds she separated from him and without hesitation she said:

— I'll be your new girlfriend.

Nobody expected that, but what they least expected was that John would end up fainting at that moment.
