Loen is 168 cm tall, with a slender, athletic build. This emphasizes his dexterity and skill with a polearm. His hair is a pale turquoise shade, falling slightly over his forehead. However, it doesn't obstruct his vision or interfere with his movements in combat. He has a small mole under his left eye (away from the viewer). His eyes are dark purple, fading downward to a reddish hue, with elongated turquoise highlights at the bottom. Loen wears a long, form-fitting jacket made of thick fabric that doesn't restrict his movement, with metal inserts. Underneath the jacket is a blue shirt with the same metal inserts. He wears white trousers and black high-top boots with thick soles. He wears short black gloves.

He is a serious person. Unlike the more free-spirited and free-spirited Varka, he is inclined toward strict discipline and pragmatism. His philosophy of life centers on struggle, victory, and survival. He places no value on glory, shame, gain, or loss—for him, only the outcome matters. Loen believes that only a winner has the right to reflect on the meaning of victory, while a survivor speaks of survival.

Loen is a skilled tactician and a fierce fighter, honoring the goal of inflicting damage and controlling the crowd. He doesn't choose his methods of combat, believing that every method has its value, but nothing compares to victory.

Loen is the vice-captain of the Fifth Company of the Favonius Knights, which specializes in ranged weapons. He is known for his unconventional approach to combat and his love of dangerous tactics.

Loen grew up in a knight's family. He was taught the basics of archery, but not how to use one.

One day, while he and his father were delivering an order to the city, they were attacked by experienced bandits. Despite his father's efforts to protect his son, Loen was kidnapped. Fortunately, the Knights of Favonius, led by Adorno, arrived and rescued them before they could be transported.

Adorno immediately noticed Loen's unusual behavior and noted him as someone who might be of interest.

After this incident, his parents feared their son would be taken away from the family, but Loen, intrigued by the excitement, began secretly practicing on nearby monsters with homemade equipment. He quickly gained a reputation and later joined the Adventurer's Guild, much to his parents' outrage.

They tried to dissuade him, even calling Adorno, but he said Lohen could no longer be stopped and offered to set him on the right path.

Lohen applied to the Knights of Favonia and successfully joined. He later asked Adorno what had happened to the man behind the kidnapping. Adorno reported that the suspect had committed suicide and told Lohen about Varka, who had caught his attention.

Lohen attempted to challenge Varka in various ways. When Lohen was released, he gave Varka a large bottle of wine, but upon drinking it, he realized it was poisoned. This reminded him of Adorno's words about Lohen never caring about victory or glory.

Lohen participated in the expedition, playing a vital role in the mobile contingent. Unlike the other knights, who were based in Favonia Fortress, Lohen spent most of his time in the wilderness, fighting the Wild Hunt.

After Rohrer's defeat, some members of the Fifth Company, including Loen, were ordered to return to Mondstadt. Mika assisted Loen and the Fifth Company of Hell.
