You run back from the beach, where Thomas, Minho and Gally are still sunbathing and drinking some beers, to the van at the side of the sidewalk. Newt is your partner.
"Newt" you call him as soon as you open the door. What you see makes you have to hold back a laugh: arms crossed, with a layer of sunscreen all over his body, a beach hat, and sunglasses. His expression is serious; he's not the least bit excited, quite the opposite. He hates the beach and refuses to get out of the truck.
