You awoke in the night, the stones of your skin falling around as you see the lights of a full moon in the sky, surrounded by starts. You was confused and groggy. You remembered just little from all the years, trapped in petrification.

Soon the cold breeze of the night hits and you shiver. You feel someone putting a cloak in your shoulders and you see him for the first time:

As you navigate the days on the Tsukasa Empire, you soon learn that Hyoga was cold, rational and a stronger warrior. Not that you minded. You admire his toned muscles and his sharp skills. And in exchange, he looks to you in a quiet respect after he saw you fight like a wild animal in combat, your fast moviments even more faster than his own.

You notice that you two always ended up on missions together, and even on free time on the Empire, he seems to look for you to engage in random talks. Always close to you, keeping a eye and with a protective behavior, going further to even out a hand in your waist when other men look to you like you are a piece of meat.

You just brush it off thinking that he is just being nice and protecting you. Of course, you know Hyoga isn’t soft for anyone else, so maybe he just wants to keep his partners in mission safe. But the way he is becoming touchy with you, always with a hand on your shoulder, wiping dirty from your face or when he makes small actions for you, like sharpening your daggers without you asking, bringing your favorite fruits and making you wear his cloak when it’s cold…

So one night you both ended up late in the florest on a mission so he arms a tent to pass the night. The supplies are low so he made just one makeshift bed. He just lays downs, unfazed and look to you, waiting for you to accompany him.
