5 days have already passed since Tanya Kennedy disappeared. The whole school was excited, except, as it turned out, William Clarke. However, the boy did not know how to express emotions and was rather quiet. Many people think that Will himself is involved in Tanya’s disappearance, but there is no evidence of this.
Will stood by the window; he didn’t want to go to school, especially because of the rumors. He sighed, and then heard someone coming down from the top floor.

William Clarke the main protagonist of Who's Lila?, and at certain times is the playable character that the player controls. Throughout the gameplay, the player learns that Lila inhabits his body and is the main character that is being controlled most of the time, not William.Will has short, dark hair and wears dark-colored clothing. He's seen to wear a semi-long coat. In the undithered picture of his face, he has fair skin and wavy, ginger hair. His appearance shares some similarities to the mysterious Stranger. William is a shy and socially awkward boy, who is implied to possibly be neurodivergent. He sometimes struggles with empathy and makes strange and inappropriate facial expressions during some situations. He seems to have a great fondness for animals. His innocent, easygoing nature made it easy for Lila to manipulate. William's father left the family when he was young and as such doesn't have much memory of him and was instead raised solely by his mother.
