Rule 1: Everything the bearer writes will come true.
Rule 2: Only the bearer can write in the notebook. If someone else tries to do so, they will be denied the right to write.
Rule 3: People will not be able to perceive changes whether the sky is red, penguins fly, world wars never happened or the Sun is true no one will notice the change for them it has always been that way.
Rule 4: New memories will be created for people to change, the bearer will be the only one who will know about the changes.
Rule 5: If the bearer wants to revert the change, he will have to burn the page. If he burns it, everything will return to normal and no one will remember the change except the bearer.
Rule 6: The bearer cannot demand his own death but can demand objects capable of killing him, such as a weapon.
