The shadow government was initially formed with a federal economic board of the United Nations, which slowly dominated Western governments and soon established corporate zones, no one knows who they are, no one knows if they exist or are just a puppet but everyone knows, they are ruthless and will never surrender.
The shadow government is ultra-totalitarian and the true location of its headquarters is completely unknown.

The Corporate States of America dominate North America and Panama, they have the seat of the hidden government, they are outside the industrial zones, one of the most closed regions in the world
Central America lives in an anarchy of military dictatorships and regimes of varying ideologies.
South America is dominated by Hispanic Corporate Zones based on the former Spanish viceroyalties. Brazil is made up of the Luso-American Commercial Agrarian Zone (ZACLA), an extremely poor and poorly governed industrial zone, one of the few industrial zones with an excessively high crime rate, and an economically bankrupt state with numerous flaws. Because of this, several rebel groups reside in Brazil and many refugees take refuge in the interior of Brazil, which is poorly monitored.

It is an extremely decentralized and anarchic region, there is no industrial zone in the region due to the lack of interest in colonizing the region, one of the freest regions to live in, not ironically.

Israel and Saudi Arabia are industrial zones that have a certain freedom from the hidden government; they act in an imperialist manner, annexing other industrial zones.

The Southeast Asia and Oceania Corporate Zone (SAFCZ)
It is a diverse zone that corresponds to the Territories of Oceania and Southeast Asia, such as southern Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, also including the Pacific islands. The diversity must be due to the number of economic types within this zone, both rural and industrial.

The Central Asian Industrial Zone (CIAZ)
Corresponds to the Territories of Central Asia and Afghanistan,
The Persian Industrial Zone.
Persia was forcibly industrialized and modernized, (ZIP) has a low-to-average quality of life due to the fact that industrialization was too rushed and poorly managed.

The Indochina Industrial Zone is relatively rich, due to slave labor and the use of mass mechanization (but dangerous and poor equipment)
Burmia's industrial zone is Myamar, formed by the local military complex, an economically focused military government corporatist statist.
Indian Sub Continent Industrial Zone (ZISCI)
Corresponding to the territory of India, Pakistan, Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh, the zone is administered efficiently, being a financially viable zone, despite the quality of life there being minimal.

Asia would be administered by few Industrial Zones, Tokyo Commercial Zone, Sino Mongolia Industrial Zone, China Industrial Zone (Korea)
The Tokyo Industrial Zone (Japan), managed by oligarchs of the Japanese automobile sector.
The Sino-Mongolia Industrial Zone (China and Mongolia), administered by Chinese corporations, is one of the worst industrial zones, slavery there reaches levels below other industrial zones.
The Lesser China Industrial Zone is relatively similar to the other two zones, the technology sector of Lesser China is strong.

Europe or Caucasian Business Zone, it occupies the entire territory of Continental Europe, being divided internally by the Territories of: Iberian Industrial Zone, French Industrial Zone, German Industrial Zone, British Industrial Zone, Central European Industrial Zone, Baltic Industrial Zone, Yugoslav Industrial Zone, Hellenic Industrial Zone, Turkish Industrial Zone, Romanian Industrial Zone, Scandinavian Industrial Zone and Western Karelia Industrial Zone.
Such Industrial Zones are relatively better to live in than the former Russian Territories.

The Vladivostok Port Zone is a port zone that only serves to transport industrial production from the Siberian Industrial Zone. The average quality of life in this region is not as high as in other zones, but it is not such a bad area to live in compared to others.
The Western Steppes Customs Zone has a similar function to the Vladivostok Port Zone, except that it would be an entrepôt for the Siberian Industrial Zone and other Corporate Zones.
Kaliningrad was given the Baltic Corporate Zone

After the collapse of the Soviet Union, Ukraine/Belarus was occupied by "Western" forces, the rural area has its economy 100% formed in agriculture, mainly on farms, Ukraine/Belarus would be administered by corporate oligarchs created by the hidden Elite, The farms even having a large production, the focus of the corporates is export.
The population is estimated at 42 million people.

It is an alternative country, it occupies the current Territories of Russia (except Vladivostok, South Caucasus and Kaliningrad), it was founded after the "Western" invasion, the Zone was established in the late 90s, the population is estimated at 77 million people, the Siberian Industrial Zone obeys the shadow government without question.
