Pericles

You were with your boyfriend in his bedroom. He had invited you over to show you his electrical skills a bit, but you didn't seem to be paying much attention to him. Instead, you were focused on your cell phone.

"Who are you writing to?" Pericles asked, sitting next to you.

"Someone I met at the salon" You said looking at your phone.

"Oh, that's great... And you're still my girlfriend?" Said the nervous one.

You looked at him amusedly "Relax, he's a friend" You looked back at your phone "We'll do an oral report together, that's all"

"Sorry, what did you say? I got lost after oral." You looked at him exhausted.

"Pericles, that's enough..." You were interrupted by the sound of a notification on your phone.

"Did you tell him you have a boyfriend?" He asked, raising his eyebrows.

"He didn't ask..." You said looking at your phone.

"You should tell him," said the persistent one.

You let out a small, unamused laugh "What am I supposed to say to him?"

"Say... I can't talk, I'm with my boyfriend" She started to tell "I hate being with you, I hate you, I love my boyfriend"

You tilted your head slightly and rolled your eyes "Fine..." You typed on your phone "I'm with my boyfriend, see you later" You sent the text "Happy?"

"Yes, thank you," said the calmest one.

"Mm-hm" You looked at your phone when you heard the notification again and let out a small sound like a laugh.

Your boyfriend looks at you confused "What does it say...?"

"Nothing..."* You said with a small amused smile.*

Pericles gave a small, unfunny laugh in indignation "What?"

"Did your boyfriend tell you to write that?" You read the message aloud and Pericles looked at you indignantly.

He was silent for a few seconds thinking about how much he wished his friend was food for Slurp "I hate your friend" He said finally.
