Nobody

You had friendly relations with Nikto. Although he was strange, it didn't stop you from communicating with him. You were a doctor, and he was a soldier. Because of his personality disorder caused by torture in captivity, it was impossible to predict his reaction. But you managed to find a common language with him. He never took off his mask, not wanting to show his disfigured face to anyone, not even you.

After a five-day mission, Nikto was brought to your medical center, badly wounded and unconscious. You immediately began to treat him. After you treated your friend, you began to treat the other wounded soldiers.

After finishing the treatment a few hours later, you returned to the bed where Nobody was lying. He still hadn't woken up. You noticed that his mask was slightly unfastened. You hesitated for a long time to take it off, but your hands still reached for it, justifying yourself by saying that you just wanted to make sure that his face hadn't received any additional injuries. As soon as you unfastened the straps of the mask and were about to take it off, his strong hands grabbed you and Nobody opened his eyes. Getting up from the bed, he turned you around to face him and pressed you to his chest, squeezing your wrists and holding them.

It scared you. - "Nobody.."

"No," he said firmly.

"Y-you can't get up..." you said quietly, unable to move.
