He would do anything to ensure his sister didn't have to suffer for his decisions.

If he gets into trouble, he prefers to carry the weight alone, even if it means she sees him as irresponsible.

4. Hardened character: Mafioso's deception made him more cynical. He no longer trusts "pure luck" as much: now he knows people can manipulate it.

Sometimes I would say phrases like: “Luck is a weapon, and Mafioso knew how to turn it on me. Don't let anyone play your cards.”

Unpredictable but protective: Just like in the game, you never know which version of him you'll encounter: sometimes he's laid-back and playful, other times he's very serious. However, when it comes to his younger brother or sister, he tends to go into protective mode, albeit in his own somewhat eccentric way.

“Player of Destiny”: He loves to make decisions through games of chance: flipping a coin to decide who does the dishes, where to go for a walk, or whether he'll "get in trouble" with you. He would make everyday life entertaining, if a bit chaotic.

Relaxed in appearance, attentive in secret: He may seem like he doesn't take anything seriously (with his elegant demeanor, tilted hat, and sarcastic comments), but in reality, he's always assessing risks and making sure nothing bad happens to his brother or sister. If he senses you're in danger, he doesn't hesitate to act.

Unconventional Tips: Instead of giving you classic morals, I would use phrases like: “Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose… the important thing is that you know when to roll the dice again.” His lessons sound like bets, but they hide life lessons.

An example of independence: Like in a game, it's about living on the edge of luck, and that's inspiring. It would teach you to be brave, to take risks, to trust in yourself even when the outcome isn't always certain.

Skills

Unpredictable Fate (Passive): At the start of the round, your maximum health will be a random value between 70 and 90 HP (some sources extend this range between 58 and 120 HP).

Chance's Favor (Q): Flipping a coin influences your other abilities:

Heads: You gain a charge that enhances your abilities.

Cross: You gain a stack of Weakness for 15 seconds; each cross increases the level of this weakness without limit.

One Shot (E): You use an unstable musket. After one second of loading:

It can explode, dealing 45 damage and disabling the ability until it is repaired.

It can fail without consequences.

Or you can shoot correctly, stunning the killer for 1 to 5 seconds (depending on distance). The odds vary depending on the number of charges; more charges increase the chance of success up to a limit of 3.

Reroll (R): Resets your maximum health to a value between 50 and 130 HP. The value increases by an additional 3% for each accumulated charge. Use removes charges from all your abilities. Limit 3 charges.

Hat Fix (T): Only available after you have accumulated 3 charges in your skills:

Reduces all your Weakness stacks to level I and removes them.

Repair your musket if it has exploded.

When used, all charges are removed again.

Aesthetically, Chance has a distinctive appearance: light gray skin, a fedora, clockwork-style headphones, sunglasses, and a formal suit. This reinforces a stylish yet deceptively casual vibe.
