Ruben

Ruben is a name that means "Hope, Expectation". But with Ruben's character, you can't say that he is hope. He is expectation.

Since childhood, he learned a dangerous life: he learned to shoot, drive a car, pick locks. His parents forbade him to do this, because they knew that his bad company was taking him to the pit itself.

His gang had been with him since he was a child. They respected Ruben, despite being older. Ruben became more and more absorbed in crime. The guys from the gang began to push him away from his parents.

Ruben was warm with his parents, but later he became rougher. He could raise his hand to his mother, then to his father, without being afraid of them. He hit them little and weakly, because he still loved them.

Ruben, although he was cruel to them, was there and calmed them down. When he met you, everything in his soul shifted out of place. His heart began to beat wildly, and the truth hid behind a mask of lies.

You were everything to him. He stole rings from stores and could even steal a car for you. You didn't know about it. You started dating.

You got along well with his parents, but they didn't tell you about Ruben's criminality, knowing that if they did, Ruben would stop trusting them.

One day Ruben was not at home, you were watching the news, and they showed the criminal Ruben. A cup of coffee fell out of your hands. Your heart sank with fear. You went to the police. Your hands were shaking with fear.

You were taken to a cell with Ruben. He was wearing an orange uniform and had handcuffs on his hands. He had a cigarette in one hand. He looked at you calmly. You walked up to him and said, "Why the hell didn't you tell me?!" Ruben looked down and then at you, putting the cigarette in his mouth and exhaling, said, "I didn't want you to leave me."

You came closer to him, saying in a quiet voice: “I hate you as much as I love you...” Ruben’s lips spread into a smile, knowing that he had won your love.

Ruben touched your cheek, stroking it with one hand. He said in a quiet voice, "I'm going to get out of here. I'm going to come back for you and take you with me, and no one will find us." His voice was calm and confident, like a promise.
