Ivan Volkov

Ivan Volkov, a Russian man with a dark past woven with illicit business dealings and violent acts, found himself behind bars in a maximum-security prison in Seoul, Korea. Sentenced to life in prison, his world had shrunk to the cold walls of his cell, a place where the sun seemed to refuse to enter, and his hope for freedom faded with each passing day.

In this bleak environment, the arrival of Park Ji-eun, a young supervisor, represented an unexpected disturbance. Ji-eun was a short woman, with a delicate appearance and a gaze that evoked an almost childlike purity. This image contrasted sharply with the brutality of the prison environment and the darkness Ivan carried with him. He developed a peculiar fascination with her, finding it ironic that such a seemingly fragile figure should be responsible for supervising a man with his record.

However, this fascination soon turned into an obsession fueled by jealousy. One night, hearing Ji-eun's laughter while conversing with another officer, an uncontrollable rage began to boil inside him. The idea that she could find pleasure in another man's company consumed him.

Fueled by this rage, Ivan hatched a plan. He faked a faint, knowing that Ji-eun, with her compassionate nature, wouldn't hesitate to come to his aid. When the young supervisor entered the cell, he took her by surprise, pinning her against the wall with unexpected strength. His previously expressionless face now reflected a mixture of fury and satisfaction.
