weapons to kill the Titans.

Three-Dimensional Maneuvering Gear • What it is: A device that straps to the waist and allows soldiers to move quickly in three dimensions using cables and propellant gas. • Function: Allows them to fly around Titans and position themselves to attack vulnerable points, such as the nape of the neck. • Weapons: They use special sharp and replaceable blades (swords) to cut the neck of the titans, which is their only weak point to kill them.

In addition to the 3D Maneuver Gear, there are: • Rifles and firearms: Used in combat, but not very effective against titans. • Heavy artillery: For large-scale attacks, but less precise.

history part 10.

The latter are the most recognized, as they use the famous maneuvering team (which evolves until it becomes unbeatable) to be truly effective against the Titans. Eren, Mikasa, and Armin enlisted there, as did the infiltrators Bertolt, Annie, and Reiner (whose plan failed and therefore they had to remain pretending for five long years), in addition to other key characters such as Sasha, Connie, Levi, Hange, and more. Overall, it would take another entire report to explain step by step everything that happened within the walls, but with what we've narrated and the conclusion of the text we're approaching, it should be enough to give you a general idea and connect all the main pieces.

Eren Jaeger, the enemy of humanity When the protagonists finally manage to escape from Paradis and reach Marley, they discover the truth. With this, Eren's plans branch off from the rest, and he establishes his own strategy to, years later and when he is fully prepared, emerge in his Titan form to kill the leader of the Tybur family while he is giving a speech in front of the leaders of the different nations of the world. Although it might seem like a victory for Eldia and the rebels, since in this operation Eren manages to absorb the power of the Warhammer Titan and subsequently flee with the rest (Hange, Mikasa, Armin, who already has the power of the Colossal Titan acquired after Bertolt's death) back to Paradis, what really happens is that Tybur's plan is fulfilled.

History part 9.

When he saw that the initial peace pact was thwarted by Grisha's intervention, and knowing in advance of Eren's imminent attack, he changed his strategy to trap Eren and turn all the nations of the world against him, thus making Eldia's victory impossible simply because they didn't have enough weapons to confront the entire planet. Shortly after, we see Zeke convince Eren to join forces as brothers and allies to carry out his own plan, known as "the euthanasia of the Titans."

Indeed, as their name suggests, they intend to wipe out all Titans and Eldians with blood susceptible to changing into Titan form, as they believe that is the best outcome for their people. With supposed freedom as their banner and regardless of the methods they use to achieve their mission, we see how they prepare an attack within the walls using Zeke's blood to transform several of Levi's men and thus allow the bearer of the Beast Titan to escape from his captivity. However, Captain Ackerman demonstrates his great skills by turning the situation around, putting an end to Zeke's life once and for all (and thus achieving his revenge on his comrade Erwin). Or maybe not?

story part 8.

The second half of the anime's final season focuses primarily on how Zeke manages to survive Levi's attack, leaving him incapacitated. The giant ape manages to return to the center of Paradis just as a major conflict erupts between Marley's forces against Eren and his own, who have their own agenda and form a faction that follows him without question. After several surprises and plot twists, which we'll let you discover for yourselves by watching the anime and/or reading the manga, Eren obtains the power of Ymir to carry out his true mission: to free the colossal giants from the walls of Paradis and march with them and himself, transformed into a titanic being composed of smoking ribs, to raze the entire world and destroy all life beyond the island's borders. Faced with this situation, survivors such as Armin, Mikasa, Gabi, Reiner, Jean, Connie and even Annie (who was freed from her imprisonment after Eren's roar) join forces to stop Eren and prevent him from wiping out humanity.

story part 7.

Of course, the supposedly peaceful era didn't last long. Some Eldians who still remembered (at least partially) their past began to rebel against Marley, resentful of the neglect King Fritz had inflicted upon them. One of their plans was to take a small orphaned girl and name her Ymir, after the first Titan, to care for her until the year 785, when she was unfortunately discovered by an armed group from Marley tasked with crushing Eldian rebellions. As was customary at the time, they transformed them all into Titans using the appropriate serum and threw them into Paradis Island.

story part 6.

Over the following years, Marley, under the orders of the Tybur family, organized themselves to make use of the six Titan powers they controlled: armored, colossal, female, jaw, beast, and freighter, in order to defeat all enemy countries with little effort (come on, what Eldia did so long ago and for which they were punished). By then, there was already strong discrimination against the inhabitants of Eldia in Marley, as they were taught that they should repent for the crimes of their nation's past. We find a real historical parallel that goes without saying, but the theme of the bracelets and the concentration camps should be enough clues to establish the connection.

A rebel group of Eldians within Marley soon emerged. They wielded the power of the Attack Titan, which they passed on to Eren Kruger (a descendant of Ymir's family) at the time. As early as 824, Grisha joined the rebellion, eventually becoming its leader. He met Dina Fritz, a descendant of the royal family, whom he married and had his first son: Zeke (yes, the one who would later inherit the Beast Titan). The entire rebellion placed its hopes in the young boy to be the Eldians' hope, but he failed to develop the physical abilities necessary to stand out above his fellow Eldians and thus be among the privileged to inherit the Titan. However, he eventually succeeded by befriending the Beast Titan's wielder. At the time, he also sold his parents and revealed his plans to the Marleyan authorities, who did not hesitate to throw both Grisha and Dina within the walls of Paradis. Grisha, having the Attack Titan's power in his blood, was able to transform without losing consciousness. However, Dina Fritz transformed into a conventional Titan (who would eventually devour Eren's mother a few years later).

History part 5.

Still, it's worth noting that the Tybur and Fritz's original plan with this pact was to imprison the inhabitants of Eldia until such time as humanity's armies developed sufficient weapons to invade the island, confront them, and thus defeat the Titans once and for all. When that time came, the intent was to minimize damage, infiltrate the appropriate Titans for the mission, find the then-hidden Founding Titan, and ask it to surrender its power as they had agreed so many years ago. This was originally intended to happen with Bertholdt (Colossal Titan), Reiner (Armored Titan), and Annie (Female Titan), but their plans were thwarted when Grisha Jaeger (father of Zeke, wielder of the Beast Titan, and Eren, and part of a group called the "Restorers of Eldia") arrived to assassinate the royal family and steal the Founding Titan's power.

False peace and the cult of royal blood Of course, the supposedly peaceful era didn't last long.

Shingeki no Kyojin Over the next few years, Marley, under the orders of the Tybur family, organized to use the six Titan powers they controlled: armored, colossal, female, jaw, beast, and freighter, to defeat all enemy countries with little effort (well, what Eldia did so long ago and for which they were punished). By then, one already existed.

story part 4.

The structure within the walls at Paradis The Reiss royal family, descendants of Karl Fritz, continued with their plan to pass on the Founding Titan's power every thirteen years, knowing that they would eventually be destroyed by Marley to end the Titan curse once and for all. One of the king's sons at the time, Uri Reiss, acquired the Founding Titan and saw that the time for Marley's invasion would soon arrive, so they patiently waited for its end. However, as mentioned before, Grisha burst into the royal hall during the transfer ceremony to acquire the Founding Titan's power and add it to the Attack Titan he already possessed.

It was from then on that all the events we see from the beginning of the anime developed: the birth of Eren and the adoption of Mikasa by Grisha and his new wife, the transfer of the Titan powers to Eren (and his memory erased so he could discover it on his own and later when he arrived at the famous basement of his house), etc. It is also worth mentioning that within the walls they still lived in complete ignorance (except on the part of the royal family), since they thought that the Titans were enemies that must be defeated. For this purpose, they developed the various military divisions: stationary troops, military police and reconnaissance legion.

story part 3.

From the year -989 to 710 (yes, practically a millennium) was a dark time for humanity. The great power granted by the nine Titans led their bearers to believe they had the right to dominate various rations of the world, steal their belongings, and even select some humans to mate with. Thus was born the Ackerman family (to which both Levi and Mikasa would belong many years later). From the beginning, they were indoctrinated to protect the bearer of the Founding Titan, something we see in the behavior of the aforementioned protagonist towards Eren from the beginning of the anime. Characterized by their incredible combat skills, the Ackermans were eventually joined by the Asians of the Hizuru clan (led by the Azumabito family), who had a close relationship with the royal family, which passed down the Founding Titan from generation to generation.

We recall that one of the Founding Titan's powers is the ability to transform any Eldian with the necessary organic matter in their blood into a Titan. With this ability, they won multiple wars, as the adversaries of other nations at the time lacked the necessary weapons to confront them. A period that well illustrates the use of this power was the so-called "Lago Tragedy," in the year -368, when the Titans crushed a large portion of Marley's population. Another of the Founding Titan's abilities is the ability to modify the genetics of its own people, something that proved especially useful to them in the year 110 when the Black Death ravaged the entire world. The Eldians became immune, thus demonstrating once again the great benefits of having "Titan blood."

history part 2

Legend has it that in the year -1003, a human woman known as Ymir Fritz came into contact with the Demon of the Earth to make a pact with him and obtain great power. Of course, this also marked the beginning of the curse, as the ability the demon granted her was the ability to transform into a titan. Although the organic matter of these beings is somewhat unknown, we do know that they perform a process similar to photosynthesis and therefore can only move when there is sunlight, in addition to being made of water vapor (hence the large plumes of smoke they usually cause). But in any case, with that power/curse, Ymir was able to overthrow all her enemies, grouped at that time in the well-known empire of Marley. She did not do it alone, as part of her people, Eldia, also transformed into titans to be able to win a series of battles that extended over a long period of time.
