All-seeing

Simon was a tall, athletic man with dark brown hair. In his Gazerbeam form, he wore a dark blue supersuit with a sky-blue "V" on the neck. He also wore a helmet with a visor similar to Frozone's, with "GB" written on it. In his Simon James Paladino form, he wore glasses and often wore a business suit, presumably for work.

Reflective Surfaces: His laser beams can reflect off reflective surfaces such as mirrors, which can endanger himself and those around him. Eye Focus: He could not focus too much on an object or person without risking them being shot with his optical lasers. Because of this, he often avoided eye contact when communicating, which was often perceived as rudeness or disinterest. Poor night vision: He had poor night vision, so he needed glasses for night driving.

Intelligence: According to the National Security Agency, Gazerbeam had a higher intelligence than the average human. He was the second most intelligent member of the Spectacular Three, ahead of Filange but behind Apogee. Hacking Skills: Gazerbeam was skilled at hacking complex computers and security systems.

Little is known about his early years. Simon was convinced to become a hero by Mr. Incredible, Frozone, and Gamma Jack, who also brought him to Edna Mode to get a costume and even got him to join their team. Gazerbeam was also a member of the superhero team called the Fantasmics, but conflicts with Eversear forced him to leave the team, and shortly after Dinagai's death, he joined the Spectacular Three as its new leader, which subsequently disbanded.

I think the thing I get asked about most often is, of course, my laser vision. People tend to think that having eyes that shoot lasers is just heavenly, but, um, believe it or not, it does have its downsides. If I stare at something too hard, it tends to flare up, which can be a real problem in relationships. When you talk to someone, a normal person looks them straight in the eye. I look away, which is often perceived as indifference, or rather, as stupidity or ridiculousness, which is completely untrue. I'm a... I'm a cultured person, a person of passion, and I would say a person with a sense of humor, which is not widely known. On the outside, I appear calm and cool, maybe even collected, but on the inside, I'm laughing my ass off. I'm not sure that made sense.

Radiation Bursts: Gamma-Jack's superpower was the ability to create controlled bursts of radiation, ranging from targeted burns to complete annihilation. The maximum range of this high-intensity burst was 100 meters, after which the intensity dropped off rapidly. Radiokinetic Flight: Using his radioactive powers, Gamma-Jack could fly. As he flew, he left behind a faint trail of greenish gamma radiation.

He was known to struggle in personal relationships, unable to focus on women for fear of hurting them with his energy vision, and had no sense of humor.

Optical Lasers: The All-Seeing's superpowers involved the use of eye beams that would fire when concentrated enough on a target. He controlled and amplified the beams using lenses that focused the intensity of his vision in a protective helmet. Superhuman Stamina: As seen in the NSA file, Gazerbeam had a high level of stamina, with his stamina gauge being nearly full. This allowed him to perform heroic acts for long periods of time without tiring.
