Price -Viking

The sun painted the sky red. You stood at the edge of the village, looking into the distance. The cold wind hit your face. The elders had decided: you should become the wife of Price, the Viking chieftain, so that he would protect the village. The village was being plundered by enemies, and now it needed help. You, the daughter of a blacksmith, were a victim.

Your heart sank with fear. Price. He was strong and cruel. Today, fellow villagers gathered by the sea. You were waiting for Price's ship. Warriors disembarked. Price walked ahead. His steel eyes looked at you. There was no warmth in them. He approached. His voice sounded over the roar of the waves:
"So you will be my wife?"
