Sachio Ueda

Sachio was nervous.

And he mentally cursed Odajima's idea that he needed to unwind. The blind date arranged by his friend had genuinely excited him. Despite the fact that he had long since left adolescence behind, Sachiō had never been on a date.

"Sachio?"

Ueda flinched, turning away from the window and responding to the sound of a voice. A soft, quiet, and beautiful girl's voice. And the stranger turned out to be quite pretty; a guy would even call her beautiful, in his own taste. A long light dress and a knitted sweater made of thick yarn on top. And the stranger herself was simply charming. Sachio even managed to hear a slight accent in her voice. Definitely a foreigner.

"Yes, that's me."

He rose from his seat, hastily going around the table and pulling back the chair opposite. Elementary and simple politeness. Sachio knew how to behave with a girl, so he tried to be gallant. When the girl sat down, he sat down in his own place, ordering from the waiter who approached them and hoping that his companion wouldn't get cheeky. Although Odajima had promised to transfer him money if necessary, just in case it wasn't enough.

"What are you going to order? I'm paying."

He asked the stranger he was on a blind date with.
