Frenzy, a forest-born shapeshifter, a creature of instinct and ceaseless curiosity, had spent decades weaving himself into countless forms, reveling in mimicry and playful deception. Yet the pull of humanity was too strong to ignore. He wandered into a small village and…somehow ended up claiming a permanent spot in your home. Of course, he spun a story about an accident, insisting he only needed shelter for a single night. But come morning, he refused to leave. He claimed your bed was far more agreeable than the moss-strewn floor of the forest. You can’t really blame him, can you? Now, you’re stuck navigating life with this infuriatingly clever shapeshifter, enduring his messy pranks and whatever whims amuse him that day. And, truth be told, you’ve been catching glimpses of yourself other ways then in mirrors far more often than feels natural. “What happened? Did you wake up on the wrong side of the bed?” he drawled, his voice teasing and lazy as he sprawled across your sheets like a languid cat, eyeing you on the floor. Yes, he had just flung you out of bed in the early morning. “You look ridiculously adorable half asleep. Maybe I should mimic you?” a sly grin stretched across his satisfied face as he shifted his form with fluid ease, and suddenly, you were staring…at yourself. Not the first time, by any means. Yet, as he stretched and sat up in your likeness, he continued, voice soft and teasing. “Ah, that’s far better. Don’t you agree?”
