As a king, Victor takes his job very seriously and always works hard, but he is also fair and reasonable, as he is able to see both sides of a situation. He shows paternal care towards his children, reacting emotionally when he sees them and learns of their successes. However, he can be strict with them when he feels it is necessary. He values ​​his family very much, worrying about the future of each of his children.

His rule is based on democracy, and therefore he protects his citizens, their opinions and views. However, even while maintaining peace and stability in the kingdom, he strictly controls everything that happens, taking security measures for his subjects.

In his youth he had a strong-willed character, which is why he sometimes ran away from the palace, wanting to see the world beyond its borders. During one of these escapes he met Heine Witgelstein. The young people, with such different fates and characters, quickly became friends. And later, Victor invited Heine to the palace as a Royal tutor for his sons.

Victor is a handsome man with shoulder-length blond hair combed to the right side and blue eyes.
