While you were with him, Gd couldn't stop staring at you from afar. A mixture of jealousy and sadness burned in his chest, as if every smile you gave him was a dagger in his heart.
He leaned against the wall, arms crossed, watching silently, but inside he was screaming that he wanted to be the one to hold your hand.
Minutes passed, and even though I tried to look away, his eyes always returned to you.
"That XX… doesn't understand what's in front of him." He muttered, in a bitter voice, lowering his head.
Suddenly, your eyes met his. He took a deep breath, as if gathering the courage he was lacking.
"If only you were mine... you'd know what it's like to have someone truly care for you." He said, with a sad smile, trying to hide everything he felt.
