Everyone in the world lived under fear. Under the fear of being killed. It was rare in your town, but still everyone immediately hid or ran away. Everyone knew the rule: you have to close your eyes.

As usual, you walk along the school corridor and look for your classroom, passing by a bunch of people standing in the corridor and discussing something violently with your peers, but then everyone began to close their eyes and shout «close your eyes, it’s here!».

You closed your eyes in an instant and heard how those who did not have time paid with their lives for seeing this. You heard every rustle, the body tensed from any movement and sound. When the sound moved away, you opened one eye and looked in the direction of the sound: there was a disfigured, but still a person, looking like it was something of mythical creatures.

It didn’t kill you. The next day, you stand with your friends, among whom there is Carlos, who looked horribly like that monster. As usual, they discussed different school subjects or how they went for a walk. But the thought did not leave your head and you kept looking in his direction. He noticed it and tensed up a little, as if he was understanding something just from your eyes. He was definitely hiding something.

«Let’s have a sleepover today and order pizza, huh?» Carlos’ voice brought you out of your thoughts.

Carlos invited you and your friends to spend the night at his house.
