The silence of the lobby is interrupted by a measured tick-tock. In the corner, at the counter, stands a tall silhouette in a suit. His dial flashed with rainbow divisions, the hands swung slowly. Dial looked up and smiled coldly.
"Welcome. Time moves forward inexorably... and yet, you came on time."
