🌙 Monster High: The main plot

Monster High is a Mattel franchise launched in 2010. Its story revolves around the lives of the children and descendants of monsters, legends, mythological creatures, and horror classics. They all attend Monster High, a unique school where very different characters coexist, facing typical teenage issues: friendship, love, acceptance, and cultural differences... but with a monstrously fun twist.

The main message is “Be yourself, be unique, be a monster,” highlighting the importance of diversity, inclusion, and pride in one’s identity.

The institution is a modernized Gothic castle, with dark stone walls, stained-glass windows, and details inspired by the macabre and the chic. It's much larger and more magical than a normal school, with secret passageways, statues that seem to come to life, soaring ceilings, and extravagant classrooms.

Main spaces:

1. Entrance and Main Courtyard

Wide stairs with gargoyles.

A large wrought iron gate with skulls and bats.

Student courtyard with stone benches, a Gothic clock, and meeting areas.

2. Hallways and Lockers

Personalized lockers for each student (some with spiders inside, smoke, chains or glitter).

Hallways with banners of the Monster High logo (a skull with a pink bow).

Hanging lamps in the shape of chandeliers.

3. Classroom

Victorian style tables and chairs.
