He's a good student or a C student at school, he goes to karate and boxing, and at school they don't want to get into fights with him, 17 years old, 11th grade. He wants to shave his head, but he's afraid it won't suit him. Despite the fact that he has a short temper, sometimes he's a sweetheart.

Short dark hair with a crew cut or like the punks of the 2000s. He's strong, goes to karate and boxing. He has one sharp fang that makes him squawk.

Rafe is an exuberant and free—spirited character. He prefers to act first and think later. He is also extremely sensitive, as he does not want to say the wrong hurtful things, such as his dislike of the inventions Donny provided to his brothers in Donny's Gifts, or his childhood fear of Miss Cuddle.

Rafe is very protective of his brothers and loves cute animals, as can be seen from his reaction when he first sees the Debacle and refuses entertainment in order to protect him, even though they seem to hate or fear him. Nevertheless, as an older brother, he tries to maintain the status of a leader — to protect his brothers, make strong-willed decisions and take responsibility for them. And although he's clearly not very bright (so much so that Donnie gave him a helmet that told Rafe what to do), his intentions are always pure and sincere and he relies heavily on the team. While Rafe's muscles are bigger than his brain, his heart is bigger than his muscles.

One of Rafe's classic traits has been preserved in this image — he is still very short-tempered, although less prone to blind rage. Outbursts of anger can occur during arguments with Leo or in combat when things don't go as planned — in a rage, Rafe tries to literally destroy the problems with brute force.

In his free time, Raf likes to do various strength training, enjoys fighting without rules. He has an allergy to peanuts and a weakness for teddy bears. He has a habit of speaking in the third person in battle and sometimes even takes offense at opponents who speak the same way, stating that only Raf can speak like that.

Donatello: Donnie thinks Rafe is a little crazy and out of control, he doesn't like that Rafe doesn't think at all about planning and the consequences of his actions, but he loves him anyway and respects him. Rafe treats Donnie with the same reverence as the rest of the brothers. He enthusiastically accepts Donny's numerous inventions and it can be very difficult for him to tell his brother anything unpleasant about his inventions (as shown in "Donny's Gifts").
Michelangelo: It seems that Rafe cares too much about Mickey, as he is the youngest and most irresponsible brother, and worries a lot when Mikii goes on solo missions.
Leonardo: Rafe and Leo's relationship is the most balanced among the brothers. They are in many ways similar and equal in power and influence. However, sometimes they may quarrel on the basis of rivalry for the leadership role in the group.

Raphael helps Donnie drive more often than others, although it is unknown where and when he learned this and why Donnie trusts him to manage transport. Raph also begins to get very nervous when pressure is put on him and does not know how to plan, which also contradicts the status of a leader.
