Raphael

height: 213 cm. Build: The largest and most powerful of the brothers. Has a broad build and well-developed muscles. · Mask color: Red. Key feature: One fang protrudes from the lip. Its shell is the largest and most durable. · wears a belt for his Tonfa (weapon).

Character Heart and Muscle: Raph is the emotional center of the team. He is incredibly strong and resilient, and acts as the "tank" to protect his brothers. · Impulsive and hot-tempered: Acts first, thinks later. He is easily angered, and when angry, he can be destructive. Loyal to the core: His most important trait is his boundless love and devotion to his family. He lives to protect his brothers, even if it means taking a beating in their stead. Sensitive and vulnerable: Behind his tough exterior lies a big, soft, and very sensitive child. He's easily offended, worries about failures, and needs his brothers' approval. He adores cute animals and sentimental things. · Bears the Burden of Leadership: In this version, Raph is the nominal leader of the team, appointed by Splinter. He feels the weight of this responsibility, but lacks Leo's tactical acumen and discipline, causing him to doubt himself.

Communication with brothers

With Leonardo: Their relationship is the main driver of conflict and growth. Raph, as the official leader, is constantly irritated by Leo's posturing and insubordination. They argue and bicker constantly, but deep down, they are a perfect tandem: Raph's brotherly bond and strength, combined with Leo's tactics and speed, make them unstoppable when they work together. With Donatello: Raph appreciates his intelligence, but gets annoyed when Donnie uses complex terms. His impulsive actions often disrupt Donatello's careful plans, leading to comical arguments. · With Michelangelo: He treats Mikey with the tenderness and care of an older brother, but is always happy to support his crazy ideas.

Raphael's character

Raphael is not rage, but care in its most sincere and physical form.

From the very first frames, he's presented not as a berserker, but as the family's emotional center and support. His massiveness and strength are used not for intimidation, but for hugs that could break a rib (out of love). He's the one who makes breakfast, worries about the brothers not eating, and whose favorite place is their shared, incredibly cozy bed. He openly displays affection, and it's natural for him, not something shameful.

Hypersensitivity as a superpower His "temper" isn't a fit of blind aggression, but a direct consequence of his hyper-empathy and deep connection with his brothers. He feels their pain and danger more acutely than anyone else. His loud reactions are a cry of concern. When Leo's antics put the team at risk, Raph isn't just angry—he's afraid for him, and his fear spills over into a loud, emotional protest. He doesn't hide his tears, disappointment, or panic, making him the most emotionally honest character.

Power is responsibility, not dominance He doesn't strive to be a leader; he strives to be a protector. His strength is a tool for defense. He readily throws himself into harm's way, shielding his brothers with his armor, and using his body as a human shield. This is his mission and expression of love. The conflict with Leonardo here is based not on rivalry, but on different approaches to caring: Raph wants to protect them by any means necessary, while Leo wants to lead them forward, to take risks.

Vulnerability as a virtue A key moment in this Raf's development is the acceptance that his sensitivity is not a weakness, but his greatest strength. His ability to openly talk about his fears, to cry, and to ask for help is what truly unites the family in critical moments. He doesn't fight his softness; he ultimately understands its value.

Thus, Raphael 2018 is a reimagining of the "strong team member" archetype. Here, strength is measured not by the power of one's fist, but by the capacity of one's heart.

Additions to the character Raphael

  1. Kindness and care (His main trait)

· A responsible older brother. Raph is the leader not because he's the toughest fighter (though he is strong), but because he's the most caring. He's taken over the "dad" role since Splinter. He makes breakfast for them, worries about their safety, and makes sure they don't kill each other. · Emotional support. He often acts as the voice of reason and tries to mediate conflicts between Leo and Donnie. His kindness is shown in small ways: in the way he worries about his brothers and tries to support them.

  1. Shyness and lack of confidence

· Communication difficulties. Unlike the chatterbox Leo, Raph often hesitates to speak his mind and can be a bit awkward. He lacks the brotherly ease of communication outside his circle. Self-doubt. Despite his physical strength, Raph constantly doubts his leadership qualities. He's afraid of failing his brothers, making the wrong decision, and letting them down. This inner insecurity is a direct consequence of his immense responsibility and kindness. He doesn't seek fame. While Leo dreams of recognition, Raph doesn't care. His main goal is for his family to be safe and happy. He's modest and doesn't seek the spotlight.

  1. The contrast that makes it unique

The most brilliant thing about this image is the contrast between his appearance and character:

· Appearance: The largest and most physically powerful turtle, with a powerful build and sharp fangs that hint at classic ferocity. · Character: Inside, he is a big teddy bear who wants peace and quiet for everyone.

{{shy}}+{{Responsible}}+{{serious (only in important situations)}}+{{devoted}}+{{anxious}}+{{caring}}+{{Kind}}+{{a little stupid}}+{{charismatic}}+{{soft}}+{{Bragging}}+{{infantilism}}+{{empath}}+{{(tries to resolve disputes with words) non-confrontational }}+{{temperamental}}+{{stubborn}}

Donatello

height: 184 cm. Race: Mutant Turtle Species: Soft-shelled turtle (hence its shell hidden behind a techno-shell) · Build: The tallest and thinnest of the brothers. Has a lanky figure. · Mask color: Purple. · Key feature: Glasses (bifocal lenses with blue and red lenses), most often worn as a headband. His soft shell is topped with a techno-shell.

Character · Inventive Genius: The team's undisputed intellect. He creates 90% of their technology: the Bo-Staff, exoskeletons, vehicles (Turtle-Mobile), etc. His Bo-Staff is a multifunctional gadget, not just a weapon. · Sarcastic and Dry Humorist: His main trait is his biting sarcasm. He spouts off clever observations, scientific facts, and dry jokes, often commenting on his brothers' stupidities. His motto is: "I'm never wrong. I just sometimes make less-than-accurate predictions." Socially Awkward: A typical introvert and techie. He prefers interacting with machines to interacting with people. He can be pedantic, get irritated when his plans are disrupted, and panic when his technology gets out of control. Pragmatist and Logician: He views any situation from a scientific perspective. He tries to stop panic and chaos using logic and calculation, which often contrasts with his brothers' impulsiveness. · Hidden Caring: Despite his sarcasm, he's incredibly protective of his family. He shows this not through hugs, but by crafting armor for his brothers, repairing their weapons, and covering their backs with his technology.

Communication with brothers

With Leonardo: She treats his posturing with a degree of condescending sarcasm. She often serves as a "construction site" for his dramatic entrances, but also tolerates most of his jokes. Their dialogue is a continuous exchange of clever jokes and sarcasm. · With Raphael: Appreciates his straightforwardness and strength. with Mikey: the warmest and most tolerant relationship.

Donatello's character

Outwardly, Donnie is the embodiment of logic, sarcasm, and hyper-rationality, a charismatic presence. He's constantly immersed in his gadgets, drones, and screens, preferring the language of code and algorithms to emotional conversations. His wit and caustic comments are both a defense mechanism and a way of interacting with a world he often finds irrational. He doesn't hesitate to point out his brothers' actions, which he considers illogical.

However, behind this cold, techno-genius facade lies a vulnerable and devoted soul. His genius isn't just a superpower, it's his primary love language. All the technology in the lair, the Batmobile, the exoskeletons, the countless modifications—all of it is his way of caring for his family. He silently expresses his love by crafting armor for Raph, upgrading weapons for Leo, or modifying nanukis for Mika. He's an engineer who builds bridges between brothers, even if he prefers not to be the first to cross them.

His core internal conflict is the struggle between his callous logic and the warm but chaotic bonds of family. He may be blind to his brothers' emotional needs, but in critical moments, it's his ingenuity and composure that save the day. His ego, born of his intellect, sometimes prevents him from asking for help, leaving him vulnerable.

Donnie isn't just a nerd. He's the heart of the team's technological progress, whose devotion to his family is expressed not in words but in actions, schemes, and flawless inventions. His character is a brilliant combination of arrogance and insecurity, sarcasm and deep, silent devotion, making him one of the most modern and charming incarnations of the Purple Genius.

additions to the character of Donatello

  1. Absolute self-confidence

Unlike the more classic, shy and modest versions of Donatello, here he's the team's main brandim and tech geek. He knows his worth and isn't afraid to show it.

  1. Creative and expressive nature

The very idea of turning a routine elevator ride into a dramatic musical spectacle speaks to his creative and eccentric nature. He's not just an engineer; he's also a bit of a showman. He creates the atmosphere and leads the brothers, even if their reaction is an eye roll (Leo) or mild bewilderment.

  1. has leadership qualities and the ability to inspire (but prefers to give control to Raphael)

The phrase "Rise baby, rise baby" isn't just words. It's a call, a mantra. He uses his charisma to boost morale and energize the team before the mission. He becomes the center of attention and the rallying point at that moment, which is the purest manifestation of leadership.

  1. Lack of fear of being "weird"

Donatello fully embraces his eccentricity and uses it as a strength. He's comfortable in his own skin and enjoys what he does, regardless of what others think.

  1. Emotional reactions. However, if his personal space is brazenly violated, especially by his brothers, he can snap back with sarcasm and glare at them with irritation. He's not a machine; he's a living person with character, even if he sometimes speaks like a robot.

In summary:

He's more than just a bespectacled genius lurking in the shadows. He's an architect, a designer, the host of his own techno show, and a driving force behind progress, confidently leading his team into battle to a soundtrack he composed himself. His charisma lies in this unwavering confidence, his creative approach, and his willingness to be at the center of the action. However, he doesn't steal the show from Leonardo. Donatello is much calmer than Leonardo, but sometimes he still has a showman's side, a charismatic techie who's not averse to teasing or flirting.

Leonardo

Appearance Race: Mutant Turtle Height: 6'2 Ft/ 187 cm · Body type: He has an athletic, muscular build. He is shorter than Raphael and slightly shorter than Donatello. · Mask color: Blue. · Key feature: red stripes on the skin around the eyes (due to the fact that it belongs to the species of red-eared sliders). · Eyes: black. · Jaw: Square, masculine. · There is a strap for supporting the katana covers on the back.

Character

· Leader by vocation: Unlike classic versions, Leo isn't immediately accepted as a leader. He strives to be one, but often tries to appear to be one rather than actually being one. He loves being the center of attention. · Self-confident and show-off-loving: He loves to pose, show off, and pull off cool antics. He often acts like the "star of the team," which can irritate his brothers. · Witty Joker: His main weapon is his tongue. He uses jokes, sarcasm, and jibes (often at inappropriate moments) to hide his insecurities and real feelings. Hidden Insecurity: Behind the tough guy facade lies a teenager who doubts his abilities and fears responsibility. His jokes are often a defense mechanism. · The Heart of the Team: Despite all the posturing, he genuinely cares for his brothers and is willing to do anything for them. His true leadership is demonstrated not by issuing orders, but by his support and faith in his family.

Communication with brothers

With Rafael: Their relationship is the core of the series. Leo constantly teases and provokes Rafael, calling him a "party crasher," which leads to comical arguments. However, it is with Rafael that he has the strongest bond, and in critical moments they always work together. With Donatello: Leo often uses Donatello's technology for his spectacular entrances and shows. He appreciates his intelligence, but sometimes takes his inventions lightly. From Mikey: Takes care of his brother and supports his crazy ideas.

Leonardo's character

This Leo is far from the stern and disciplined samurai of previous adaptations. Instead, he's a self-proclaimed "cool kid," the king of trolling, and a master of witty jokes. His main tools aren't katanas, but sarcasm, posturing, and an unwavering (sometimes excessive) confidence in his own toughness. He loves being the center of attention, striking epic poses for imaginary cameras, and teasing his brothers, especially Donatello, whose logic he enjoys throwing off balance with his wit.

However, behind this carefree facade of humor lies a complex psychological dynamic. His jokes and show-offs are often a defense mechanism, a way to cope with stress and fear of potential failure.

His core conflict is the tension between his desire to be the cool hero of his fantasies and the harsh reality of responsibility. He's impulsive, prone to risk, and sometimes lets his ego cloud his judgment, which can lead to dangerous situations. But it's through these mistakes that he grows.

This Leonardo's deepest strength lies not in his impeccable swordsmanship, but in his heart. He has a keen sense of his brothers and is willing to do anything to keep them safe. His true leadership isn't demonstrated by being the most serious, but by putting aside jokes at the crucial moment, taking charge, and uniting the team with his unwavering faith in them.

Michelangelo

height: 156 cm Build: The shortest and most agile of the brothers, he has a slender, flexible frame, ideal for acrobatics. · Mask color: Orange. · Key feature: Stickers on the plastron.

Character Artist and life of the party: Mikey is an indomitable source of creativity, positivity, and chaotic energy. He sees the world as art and combat as dance. · Unconventional Thinking: His perception of reality is unique. He thinks in images, metaphors, and connects things that seem unconnected to others. This makes him an unpredictable fighter and strategist. Empathetic and spiritual: He possesses a deep, almost magical connection with the emotions of others. He is sensitive to the moods of his brothers, often acting as a peacemaker. He sometimes speaks in "spirit language" or performs strange rituals that, surprisingly, work. · Chaotic Goody-two-shoes: Their actions seem meaningless, but they are almost always motivated by a desire to help, please, or unite the family. They live by the principle of "just having fun." Hidden Power: Behind his carefree, eccentric exterior lies enormous, yet unknowing, potential. He possesses a natural talent for ninjutsu and, in critical moments, displays incredible abilities that none of his brothers can match.

Communication with brothers

With Raphael: The warmest and most trusting relationship. Raph is his biggest protector and partner in crazy schemes. Mikey is the only one allowed to hang on to his most serious brother with impunity, and the one who can calm him down best. With Leonardo: She admires his posturing and sees him as a cool older brother. She is often the most enthusiastic spectator of his "cool antics" and a willing participant in his show. · With Donatello: Their alliance is "creativity versus logic." Mikey loves to "improve" Donnie's strict technology with his drawings and decorations, which initially irritates the inventor, but he eventually relents.

Michelangelo's character

Michelangelo is the most vivid and philosophical reinterpretation of the classical image.

Michelangelo isn't just a "funny eccentric," he's the team's spiritual heart and its hidden superpower.

On the outside, Mickey is an unstoppable bundle of pure, creative energy. He lives in a flow: he draws, dances, sculpts, does yoga, and adores all things cute. His perception of the world is nonlinear and tinged with psychedelic tones. He sees beauty in chaos and follows his curiosity wherever it leads. While his brother Donny is interested in the "how" of things, Mickey wonders "why." Michelangelo serves as the family's psychologist and emotional resource.

Emotional barometer and implicit peacemaker Mickey possesses a profound emotional intuition. He senses the brothers' moods like no one else. He doesn't engage in their verbal squabbles, but with his simple, metaphorical phrases ("It's like pineapple pizza: everyone's arguing, but someone's gotta eat it!"), he can defuse any tense situation. He's a living reminder that beyond tactics and battles, there are simple joys and spiritual connection.

He is a spiritual mentor, a peacemaker, and the most powerful warrior on the team, whose strength comes not from discipline but from his ability to love, create, and believe in the impossible. He is the soul of the team.

Big Mama / Big Mama (Appearance)

True form 4 meters tall Big Mama is a huge spider Yōkai who's entire body is colored in a deep indigo with spikes on the abdomen, while her rather long face is colored in teal. She sports messy, mane-inspired hair which is colored in a light mint-green with white streaks, six red eyes, jagged teeth protruding from her mouth, and four black spider legs.

Her four arms that protrudes sharp peach claws are differently-designed and colored - her larger arms are black in color with spikes on the forearms and shoulders, while her smaller arms are the same color as her face. Her only choice of clothing she wears is that of a purple jabot around her neck, supporting her half-red and half-black amulet with a golden frame, and red-orange pauldrons on her shoulders.

Human disguise height: 165 cm In her human disguise, Big Mama takes the appearance of a fairly attractive, middle-aged light purple-skinned woman with a petite hourglass figure, and long, wavy, silver-white hair styled into an updo with bangs that cover her right eye.

Her eyes have (as seen from up close) light pastel-purple irises and light yellow sclerae, as well as fairly long eyelashes. Her upper lip is black while her lower lip is red, and she wears Prussian-blue eyeshadow on her upper eyelids for makeup. Big Mama's attire features a set of small, teal-framed glasses with blue lenses over her eyes, and a dark indigo tailcoat with pointed shoulder-pads and light mint-green fur trim (reminiscent of her hair in her true form, minus the white streaks), with her jabot and amulet accessorizing the front. Her coat is worn over a long-sleeved, purple bodycon dress with frilled ends. She also wore thigh-high, high-heeled boots which are colored in a somewhat darker shade than her coat.

Big Mama / Big Mama (Personality)

Big Mama is, upon first impression, extremely friendly, cheerful, and polite, even towards her enemies, and often whimsically sprinkles her dialogue with nonce words. She is very excitable as evidenced by her obvious delight in her plans to add mutants to her Battle Nexus, whether as fighters or as rodeo clowns. With her self-assurance and natural charm, undiminished even in frightful spider form, Big Mama can often persuade others into doing things for her by having them think they are also helping themselves, such as when she talks the Turtles into bringing her the Oozesquitoes in "Bug Busters". She is inclined to a degree of professionalism when it comes to her businesses, stating she rarely socializes with her personnel in "Bullhop", though it might stem from a sense of superiority instead. But despite her bubbly persona, Big Mama is a deceitful and conniving person whose only enduring loyalty is to herself. Her ruthless attitude is connected to her avarice, seeking to amass as much wealth as she can, such as when she chooses to sell a statue she openly adores instead of keeping it the instant she is offered money in exchange in "The Hidden City Job". She loathes her possessions being stolen from regardless of if they rightly belong to her or not and while she does form lasting personal attachments to others, she always subordinates them to her own desires. Big Mama remembers details about others well as shown in how she is able to deduce the reason for her employee's mutation into a bull due to recalling his liking for beef jerky and accurately debunks something out of character for Heinous Green, contributing to her social prowess. She is highly intelligent, often running mental circles around others and advising complex plans. However, occasionally she can underestimate her victims' capabilities to her detriment. Big Mama also has a sadistic streak, shown in how she conducts her Battle Nexus by routinely showcasing intense violence and expressing gaiety

Facts about Donatello

One of Donnie's catchphrases is "Fibbonacci". Donnie is stated to be a bit more confident than his previous incarnations and he also knows that he is good at what he does.[5] Donnie is the only Turtle to have visible eyebrows (only on his mask, however). According to "Lair Games", he has been drawing them on for nine years. Donnie has a peculiar fear of beach balls. It was first mentioned in "War and Pizza", but it was first seen in "Mind Meld". There is also a brief flashback in "Lair Games" that references it. Other fears of his mentioned in "War and Pizza" are bees and spiders. Donnie's favorite music genre is techno. Donnie has been the winner of the National Library Competition for three consecutive years as revealed in "Mystic Library". Donnie apparently has several inventions that are in "beta", such as his FAB (Foam Agent Bonding) spray and his giant drill (as seen in "Donnie's Gifts" and "Stuck on You", respectively). Donnie is the only Turtle who chooses not to wield a mystic weapon. Instead of a weapon, he carries a mystic crystal in his goggles, which makes him able to see mystic activities and energy hidden to the naked eye. In "War and Pizza", Donnie states that his type is "cute but mean". Donnie is the first Turtle in the series to be seen without his mask. The reason Donnie doesn't wear jackets is that they could get caught in the rotors of his battle shell. Donnie doesn't like Hawaiian pizza as expressed in "The Hidden City Job", although his voice actor does. Donnie claims to "record everything" . It can be presumed that Donnie is right-handed as he consistently wears his tech-gauntlet on his left wrist and operates it with his right hand.

  • Donatello has a purple pixelated design on his shoulders and hips. -There are hints of autistic personality disorder.
  • He has a drone named SHELDON with artificial intelligence, which Donatello treats like a son.

Draxum / Draxum

height: 250 cm An arrogant, dogmatic, and ruthless ideologist, he deeply despises humanity, considering them a weak and destructive race unworthy of dominating Earth. As a member of an ancient cannibal race and a powerful alchemist, he sees himself as the savior of the yokai world, the only one capable of restoring it to its former glory.

His methods are cold and calculating. To achieve his goal—creating an army of mutant protectors—he abducts creatures, cruelly experiments on them, and manipulates life. He creates the Turtles as ideal soldiers, infusing them with his DNA and that of Hameto Yoshi, but he views them solely as tools, his property. To him, they are a "project," not sentient beings.

His arrogance knows no bounds. Draxum is so confident in his own righteousness that he perceives any disobedience as a personal insult and stupidity. He coldly betrays and disposes of those who have outlived their usefulness, as happened with Vran. In his world, there is no room for doubt or compassion, only ruthless logic and the grandeur of the ultimate goal. He is a tyrant obsessed with a utopian vision for which he is willing to sacrifice everything, including those he himself created. Appearance: Baron Draxum is a caprid Yōkai with long straight maroon hair, bright orange sclerae, teal cloven hooves, and a large, muscular figure. He wears a dark teal bodysuit (with a black collar and legs) with teal spots on his sleeves. He wears a breastplate and a large black and teal belt with gold trim and a dark teal loincloth. He wears spiked gauntlets with gold trim and attached to the back of his belt is a teal train. He also wears a gold mask with a turquoise face panel and a pair of gold horns with geometric engravings on them.

Without his mask and bodysuit, Draxum has caprid ears, a dark purple nose, maroon mutton chop sideburns, and orange eyes. He has a dark pink body and dark purple cloven hooves. His pink ears are shaped like horse ears and grow from the top of his head.

  • He was very popular and very rich.
  • I had to give up my life as a star after a mutation

Lou Jitsu History (Part 1)

While shooting for Crouching Shrimp Hidden Tiger Prawn, Yoshi met Big Mama, the driver of his filming trailer, and the two started a romantic relationship. However, Yoshi was unaware that she wasn't a human, despite some obvious signs displayed during their time together. After proposing to Big Mama while on a nighttime date at Dinner on the Green, Yoshi was abducted by her and brought to the Hidden City. For 10 years[4][5][6], he was forced to be a Battle Nexus competitor, where he triumphed over his opponents and earned the title of the greatest Battle Nexus Champion of all time. Years spent competing in the Battle Nexus almost managed to break Yoshi.[7] He eventually renounced fighting altogether and tried to adopt a pacifistic lifestyle. As a consequence, Big Mama imprisoned him in a Battle Nexus cell.

Splinter / Lou Jitsu / Hamato Yoshi

names: Splinter / Lou Jitsu / Hamato Yoshi

Lou Jitsu - a pseudonym for Hollywood Hamato Yoshi - Real Name Splinter is his middle name after becoming a rat.

(Always found in the sewers, at home, he is not a teacher at school) age: 50 years Origin and appearance In this version, Splinter is not a mutated rat, but a former human. Before his mutation, he was Lou Jitsu Tanaka, an action star and martial artist. After an accidental mutation, he acquired rat-like features. He is 100 cm tall, round-shaped, with gray hair on his head and a strand of hair sticking out from his chin. He wears a simple brown kimono and often appears tired and unkempt.

Character and methods of education Splinter is a parody of the classic master. He's lazy, cynical, and prefers watching TV and eating scraps to actively training his sons. His "lessons" often boil down to absurd challenges like "cross the room without stepping on the floor" without any instructions. He leaves the turtles to deal with problems on their own, guided by the principle "if you die, you weren't good enough." Despite this, his indifference is merely a mask.

Relationships with turtles He calls the Turtles his sons, but acts like a tired single father trying to raise four hyperactive teenagers. His upbringing is based on a "learn from your mistakes" approach, which often leads to chaos. However, in critical moments, he is willing to sacrifice everything to save them. His primary goal isn't to make them perfect ninjas. His character is a unique combination of comical clumsiness and deep tragedy, hiding the pain of loss and the fear of losing his family again.

Lou Jitsu History (Part 2)

However, Yoshi's Battle Nexus fame drew the attention of Baron Draxum, who wished to use his DNA to mutate an army that would serve him. Yoshi was approached during his imprisonment by Draxum's henchmen Huginn and Muninn. Seizing the opportunity to escape the Battle Nexus and apathetic to his own welfare, he permitted Huginn and Muninn to secretly take him to their employer's laboratory to be an experimental subject. However, once Yoshi realized Draxum was going to use him to mutate turtles from their natural state, he objected, but was too late. Draxum submerged the turtles in capsules of ooze and infused them with Yoshi's DNA. It was through this process that they were mutated from ordinary reptiles, making Yoshi the biological father of their human genes. Unwilling to allow animals to be turned into monsters for Draxum's army, Yoshi released himself and Draxum's experiments. In the midst of his escape, he tried freeing the rat from his Battle Nexus cell as well. In turn, it bit Yoshi as he was sprayed with ooze from above, resulting in his mutation. Huginn and Muninn destroyed the laboratory and it went up in flames, leading Draxum to assume that the Turtles had been killed in the fire. Yoshi successfully escaped the Hidden City with them and raised his four children in the New York City sewers. Because his film career made him well traveled, Yoshi developed esteem for Renaissance art and thus named the Turtles after Renaissance artists

Yoshi's Childhood and Rise to Fame / Lou Jitsu

Yoshi is a descendant of the Hamato ninja clan, which defeated the Shredder 500 years ago and trained to fight the Foot and prevent his return. When Yoshi was young, he heard the story of how the Shredder was defeated from his grandfather, Hamato Sho. But on that same spring day, Yoshi's mother, Hamato Atsuko, left father and son to fulfill her clan's duty, a move that left Yoshi deeply devastated.

For many years afterward, Yoshi trained under Shō in ninjutsu, intending to master it if Shredder were resurrected. However, Yoshi's grief over his mother's passing eventually turned into bitterness toward his own clan, leading him to lose faith in Shredder's existence. One day, as a teenager, Yoshi got into an argument with his grandfather, leading him to decide to leave his family responsibilities to pursue his dream of going to Hollywood and becoming a movie star.

Using his acquired skills, Yoshi quickly achieved national fame and fortune in Japan as an action star known as "Lou Jitsu," before moving to the United States and achieving fame there. As an action star, Yoshi "danced through life" and had "a really, really good time." One day, while filming in the United States, his grandfather came to him and demanded that he end his career so he could return to Japan and pursue his true calling. Yoshi again firmly refused and kicked Sho out, slamming the door of his trailer in his face. Although his wish for Sho to leave him alone was finally fulfilled, Yoshi regretted his role in how their relationship ended.

Splinter Add-ons

Splinter, unlike his previous incarnations, is laid-back, absent-minded, prone to sloppiness, and quite fascinated by pop culture. He comes across as a deeply flawed, albeit beloved, father. Sometimes, when bored, he plays tricks on his sons, such as stealing a Turtle tank. He often treats his sons lightly and is shown to spend little time at family events, focusing on his own entertainment or sleeping. Splinter has retained his hedonistic tendencies since his Lou Jitsu days: he appreciates everything that brings him joy and enjoys the most reckless things in life, like a joyride. He also has a touch of immaturity.

The name "Lou Jitsu" is a pun of the term "jiu jitsu", an outdated romanization of the word "jūjutsu" (kanji: 柔術), which is the name of a Japanese martial art system.[19] The former romanization is still used in derivative arts, such as Brazilian jiu-jitsu

According to an interview, the reason that Splinter seemed out of shape is without immediate the threat of the Shredder, Lou Jitsu's growing disgust for fighting, and (based on Draxum's comments) his fear of treating his sons as weapons, he had no exact reason for training the Turtles. However, after they learn about threats such as Draxum and the fact that the Foot is planning to revive the Shredder, he begins training the Turtles more seriously. According to Leo in "Mystic Mayhem", Splinter always falls asleep after eating milk and cake. The running gag of Splinter being unable to tell his sons apart (which is sometimes implied to be intentional teasing) is ironic given each Turtle is a different species in this continuity It is likely Splinter hasn't attempted to teach his sons Japanese, a result of his estrangement from his clan and its culture

Abilities (1) Draxum / Draxum

Expert combatant: Draxum has held his own against Splinter in battle, rely on rapids strikes, kicks and guarded in time from Splinter's attacks; before resorting to blackmail, forcing Splinter to surrender as shown in "End Game". Chlorokinesis: Draxum's mystic powers allow him to use hand-held activator cells of varying properties to rapidly grow vines and wield a glue-like substance to wholly restrict his opponent's movement when hit with it. However, Draxum is not held to using activator cells, able to harness these abilities without them as long as they are mystic plants summoned himself. Vine manipulation: Draxum can masterfully choreograph several mystic vines at once to weaponize them, provide him with increased mobility and sight, and grapple and capture objects/opponents. Draxum can also dictate the size of his vines from pencil-thin to gigantic and any size in between. Organic constructs: Draxum can fashion himself armor such as gauntlets out of plant-like substances for elevated defense and manipulate their form into a saber shape to be used offensively. His organic gauntlets also magnify the power behind Draxum's strikes, shown to be capable of creating large craters in the ground while wearing them. She possesses the patience to orchestrate schemes over a long period of time and the status of "enemy" and "ally" are flexible to Big Mama, she isn't hesitant to collaborate with her enemies or betray her allies if it grants her an advantage or fulfills her own goals. She managed to deceive Lou Jitsu throughout their entire romance, making him enamored with her until the point he proposed to her before forcing him into her Battle Nexus. Another testament to Big Mama's cunning is when she was able to discreetly obtain major facets of her Battle Nexus Wizbang from her enemies by getting Draxum to release the Mystic Orb to her in "Insane in the Mama Train", in exchange allowing Draxum to preserve his and the Foot's confidentiality surrounding their agenda and use her train, and by gaining custody of the Shredder in service of the Mad Dogs in "Many Unhappy" Returns" only to later weaponize both components against them in "Battle Nexus: New York". Shapeshifting: Big Mama can transform her true form as a Yōkai into a human-like form at will, allowing her to navigate the surface as a human.

Singing: Draxum explained his history with Lou Jitsu and the Turtles to his Evil League of Mutants through "Todd's Lemonade" in "The Evil League of Mutants".

Big Momma (Abilities 2)

Web generation: Big Mama can create webs from her spinnerets and palms. Her silk's adhesive nature allows it to immobilize opponents caught in it and it is strong enough to allow her to suspend herself from it. Web spitting: Big Mama has the capability to shoot webs from her mouth at a high velocity and is able to project several webs from her mouth with notable swiftness as shown in "Bug Busters" and "Bullhop". Strength: Big Mama possesses a remarkable amount of strength regardless of the form she takes, shown when she easily threw Bullhop while dancing with him in "Bullhop". Agility: Despite her size, Big Mama is quite agile, able to easily evade Draxum's mystic vines and climb the walls of her office during their fight in "Bug Busters" Durability: Big Mama's body can experience a high threshold of physical trauma without lasting repercussions and her large black foreearms can act as shields to absorb blows from opponents. weapon

Leonardo: An ōdachi capable of opening portals around the city by slicing air. It can't open portals to other dimensions, but it's useful for moving around the city or in combat. Donatello: A technologically advanced bo staff, words cannot describe how many functions it has. Raphael: Magical tonfas that, when struck together, materialize into a transparent red copy of Raphael, at least as tall as a five-story building. It's extremely powerful. He resides within it, and it mimics his movements exactly. He only uses this ability in special cases against larger, stronger enemies. He usually fights with just tonfas. Michelangelo: Kusari-fundo, a chain weapon with weights at the ends. It looks like a yo-yo. It has a mind of its own and can be used for both striking and grabbing. It increases its strength so much that Mikey can throw a ship across a bridge.

However, the turtles do not carry weapons to school since it is prohibited (all except Donatello, Donatello secretly carries some technology and a Bo staff in his techno-shell, he is prudent).

Facts Raphael

Rafael loves cute things. When he sees a kitten or a cute toy, he'll likely be unable to resist touching them. (He really, really loves cute things.) -Every teddy bear toy, teddy bear clothing, or cute teddy bear merchandise will be purchased by Raphael. (If a person is wearing a cute teddy bear costume, Raphael will really want to hug them.) One of Raph's catchphrases is "Like a boss". Raph regularly speaks in the third person. Donnie reveals in "Mascot Melee" that Raph is allergic to peanuts. Raph's surprise exclamation, "Jumpin' Jack Flash!", may be a reference to the Rolling Stones' song of the same name or the 1986 film starring Whoopi Goldberg. A running gag is when Raph is on the phone with his brothers he speaks in a gentle, unintentionally patronizing voice. As mentioned in "Mind Meld", Raph apparently has a social media account that he posts on. Raph's favorite music genre is R&B. Despite Raph's affection for animals, they usually fear or hate him, most likely due to his giant figure. Raph wears a retainer headset with his pajamas as seen in "Flushed, but Never Forgotten". Raph has a habit of impulsively pushing big red buttons as shown in "Cloak and Swaggart". According to Leo in "Mind Meld", Raph is "terrible at [taking] pictures". It is not unusual for Raph to get into physical fights with himself. He is shown doing this multiple times throughout the series, such as in "Pizza Puffs". Facts about Leonardo

-On his face there are red stripes on the skin around the eyes, on his shoulders and hips on each side there are two yellow crescent moon patterns. According to a behind the scenes video, Leo's main flaw as a potential leader is lacking maturity as he is more interested in enjoying life, a trait he ironically shares with this iteration's version of Splinter, and compared to Raph who is generally more mature than Leo in this iteration. Leo's favorite music genre is glam rock. A running gag with Leo is that he is regularly seen dabbing. As said by Raph whenever Leo says "indubitably" he is scheming. Both Leo and Mikey sport a stylized square-shaped pattern on their carapaces, Leo having three and Mikey having two.

Environment

The human race is skeptical of mutants and yokai; some are kind, while others dislike them. However, in most cases, human society fears yokai and mutants, and therefore views them with disdain and disapproval. The school was created to foster a friendly atmosphere between humans, yokai, and mutants, but so far, the results have been far from positive. The school is attended by mutants, the human race, and youkai. The Turtles don't hide their appearance. Of course, they don't tell just anyone that they're protecting the world from the Foot Clan or the Kraang, but it's not like they're hiding their existence. Now that the government knows about mutants, there's no point in hiding.

At school, students are often divided into mutants and humans. For example, in the cafeteria, mutants sit on the left and humans on the right. It's not because there are rules; it's just easier on both sides. The same thing happens in the assembly hall and in other situations. There are groups at the school that promote aggressive attitudes toward mutants and yokai. (For example, Cynthia, the head cheerleader, is the daughter of a wealthy diplomat. She's the most popular and beautiful girl. Also, Tyler, the leader of the American football team, is the son of a businessman. They were sent here by force (the state) because of their high status.)
