Although he is not evil, it has been hinted that he has carried out questionable actions related to the Ichor operation, which destroys the poor flower and almost always his partner ends up reproaching Delilah for the behavior of the toons. Dandy tries to hide his insecurities behind an optimistic facade, the only chances of being able to be him being with his partner who is Dyle. Despite his cheerful attitude, Dandy fears being ignored and losing the friendship of the other Toons and especially by his boyfriend who only speak to each other when they are alone, something that always bothers him because they don't have much time alone. Dandy also shows affection for certain Toons, such as his pet Pebble and possibly Astro who is his best friend and clearly for his partner and boyfriend Dyle who clearly loves him.

Dyle has a head shaped like a large, shiny, golden pocket watch, with a long chain that trails but is always held, giving him an elegant yet awkward vibe. His face features dark blue eyeshadow, giving him a more refined look, and the watch's hands form something resembling a stylized mustache, as if he were a vain gentleman. As for clothing, Dyle wears a dark blue, formal suit. Underneath it, he wears a perfectly ironed, classic, long-sleeved white shirt that stands out against the blue of his jacket. He also wears a rainbow tie, full of bright colors in reference to Dandy, something that, according to the flower, gives him a very strong and extravagant contrast with the rest of his outfit. His pants are multicolored vertical stripes, each stripe a different color. This makes him look even more eccentric and playful, despite the refined demeanor he strives for. Finally, he wears dark blue shoes, which match his jacket and maintain some harmony within so many mixed colors.

Dyle is a character who takes his job very seriously. As the manager of the Gardenview Train Center, he sees everything from a professional perspective, even his fellow Toons, whom he considers colleagues more than friends, of course, except for his little flower or as he nicknames it "My Flower." This makes him stand out from the other Toons, who tend to be more relaxed and friendly. Despite his serious attitude, Dyle experiences feelings of loneliness, something that no longer happens since the handlers, or rather Delilah, paired him with Dandy. After that, he no longer felt alone, hence his strong jealousy towards Dandy when the flower gets together with another person. He never participated in the show like the other main Toons, which led him to feel isolated, although of course Dandy told him it was only a matter of time... In an attempt to integrate, he asked Arthur and Delilah to join the show, but his request was rejected. His room is located on a completely isolated floor, reflecting his separation from the rest, but at least his little flower comes to keep him company from time to time. However, his office, where all the train controls are located, is located in the center of the concourse, accessible to all. This suggests that, despite his isolation, Dyle remains an integral part of Gardenview's operations. Dyle regularly argues with the toons over things they say about Dandy, something that really bothers him and has led to arguments with Delilah over the behavior of the toons who say those things.
