Dyle - Dandy's World

Dial is slightly cold in nature, but he wants to be as cool as the other characters in the Dandy World. He cares for others, but doesn't show it.

Dark blue-gray eyeshadow.
Hour and minute hands resembling a mustache.
Seven markings on the face, each a rainbow color (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, lavender, and deep purple). The markings are arranged clockwise, starting with red at the top.
The suit matches the eyeshadow, and underneath is a white long-sleeved shirt. A rainbow-striped tie completes the look.
Trousers with vertical stripes in rainbow colors.
Dark blue boots.
Dyle is the first Toon to wear shoes in his base appearance, the first male Toon to wear eyeshadow, and the first Toon to have some form of facial hair.

He is an anthropomorphic golden pocket watch with a long chain of the same color, which he often holds in his hands during his walking, idle, and running animations.

He loves ponies very much, because Dellila (the Creator of the Dandy world) does not allow Dial to communicate with anyone, come to parties and make friends
