Abby stands out among the Saja Boys as being visibly taller and more muscular than the other members. His most prominent feature is his defined abdominal muscles, which serve as the basis of his nickname. He has short, styled hair colored a deep raspberry, a lightly tanned complexion, and rosy cheeks. His eyebrows are dark and shaped with a barbed point at the center. In his human form, Abby is typically seen wearing beanies, button-up shirts, skinny jeans, and sneakers. He does not wear jewelry, but his nails are manicured with designs that are black, pink, and yellow.

In demon form, he retains most of his features, with the main differences being glowing yellow irises, purple skin, clawed hands, and demonic patterns. In the Demon Realm, he wears a traditional gat, a black jeogori top under a jeonbok vest fastened with a sejodae sash, and loose-fitting baji pants.

Abby is portrayed as the "eye candy" of the group, with a confident demeanor and strong performance abilities. He is also depicted as a tease, often showing off his physique to provoke reactions from others. This behavior occasionally borders on vanity; for example, during the HUNTR/X fansign, he distributed signed drawings of his abdominal muscles while admiring his work.
