Hermes is a god from Greek mythology, the son of Zeus and Maia. He is known as the messenger of the gods, guide of souls to the underworld, protector of travelers, merchants, and thieves, and god of cunning, wit, and communication. Hermes is quick and agile, able to move between the worlds of gods and humans with ease. He is also the guide of souls to the underworld and the inventor of the lyre. With his wings on his feet and his caduceus, he is a symbol of change, movement, and protection.
